EMPWR Solar has been great from the the first salesman to the final installation. Everyone has been great and almost a year into it I have no regrets or complaints. Empwr Solar installed our panels and Hector’s crew was excellent. They were very efficient, polite, and respectful of our whole property. It was a pleasure to have them do the installation.

Obviously, one does not install solar paneling on a continuous basis. and therefore, there are great expectations and many unknown, or rather uncertainties. Once the dates and time for the delivery and the start of the installation were established, the process unfolded as planned and in accordance with the team's defined plans. I think the most important points for me were a) efficiency with which the team worked. No doubt they knew their trade well; b) constant instructions and communication as the work progressed; c) continuous reassurance that anything damaged or broken would be repaired or replaced. We saw this guarantee in real-time, and the polite assurance that the team members displayed all the while making good on their word. Forrest and Tyson ensured that we were completed satisfied with the work and addressed each of our questions had been answered. Forrest even anticipated some of my questions and managed to highlight the pertinent areas within the "Owner's Manual" to simplify our understanding of the solar paneling, grid, battery and home-use functions. He even explained the next steps before our getting the Permission to Operate. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the installation's proceedings as handled by this team. I'd highly recommend their work for future customers. Thanks for allowing my input!

I was pleasantly surprised of the process from beginning to end. The updates, reminders and the installations. The workers were very professionalism, they worked all day and with such care. If any was of concern, someone was able to put my fears at ease. The solar panels were thin and better looking than I remembered. I love it and the ability to use natural resources is amazing. We just had our solar panels installed by EMPWR Solar and it was an excellent experience. The sales process was super easy (no high pressure pitching at all) and Julie was great to work with. It did take a couple of months from when we signed the paperwork until install, but it was the end of the year and a lot of things delay. The installers that actually put the panels on the roof were some of the nicest, most courteous people who’ve worked at our house. They were very patient with our dogs, asked permission to leave materials overnight and stacked them neatly, and cleaned up everything! Can’t speak highly enough of them.

EMPWR Solar is a quality Solar business from the Sales Dept with Dan T. to the Project Coordinator Courtney and the installation team lead by Forest. This was a three day project install of 44-panels that had a few challenges, but consulting with homeowner to resolve any issues, plus going above and beyond. Evan after the installation there is follow up coordination through inspections and utility updates

From Clay our salesman, Courtney our contact with EMPWR Solar, and Hector and his installation crew this is one of the best companies with whom I have ever dealt. The sales team knew their stuff and answered all my questions (and I'm picky), not only that, Clay continued his involvement with our project long after the sale. Courtney kept me up to date with weekly contact to let me know where we were with getting all the permissions (EMPWR Solar took care of everything, even dealing with the HOA!). Hector and his install team treated my home like it was their own. My property was so clean after the installation I was amazed. Neighbors told me that other solar projects took days to complete, this job was done in one day! The power company guy, who came to reprogram the meter, told me he was impressed with EMPWR Solar and the work they do. This is the seventh home my wife and I owned. I've dealt with lots of contractors and did a lot of work myself on homes I've owned, and I can tell you I have been impressed with this company like no other I've ever done business. They installed on Tuesday and on Thursday my home is running on solar. I will update this review once we get an idea how much money we are saving. Thanks EMPWR Solar, and give Clay, Courtney, and Hector a raise, they make you look good!

I worked with Allen who was very helpful in explaining every process for getting solar installed. EMPWR worked with the electric company and HOA to get all the paperwork done. When the crew came out to install, everything went very smooth.

We had been wanting solar panels for a while, but did not want them on the roof of our 200 year old home. After researching several companies that had been used in our old neighborhood, we decided that EMPWR would be the best choice to go with. I reached out and was quickly connected with Jason who came out, surveyed our yard and explained the whole process very thoroughly.
Once our structure was built (by an independent contractor), he, Madison and Faith put together the specifics of our project and got started on the permits. Once the city approved, the panels were installed in two days and just over a week later, the inspections were completed and we were up and running.
Thanks to Madison and Faith this has hands down been the most worry free project we have attempted.
It has only been 2 weeks, so I am still obsessively checking the app at least 3 times a day. I love seeing the negative sign in front of the total kWh from the grid for the day! Our partial bill for this month is $300 lower than our last full month on the grid. I can't wait to see what an all solar bill will look like!

We had solar panels installed on our two story home. Joe, the rep who sold them, was very professional and made sure we understood everything. Madison kept us in the loop of everything going on. The guys who did the install were very quick and knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone was very polite. Compared to other companies we talked to this company was definitely the best hands down. If I had anything to say negative it would be that communication between the staff could be better to help the customer. Otherwise they are great!

My experience with EMPWR has been smooth from my first conversation with my project manager, Ruslan, to the installation. I was hesitant about getting solar panels for my home, but Ruslan was not pushy and respected my time, so I gave him a chance. Once we talked and ran some numbers, I made my decision and EMPWR has taken care of the rest! I really didn't have to do anything throughout the process, and they kept me updated with the progress as things went along. The installation was quick, and the workers took the time and care to respect my property and work neatly. I would highly recommend EMPWR.

My wife and I have been interested in getting a solar system for many years. We had a representative from EMPWR solar come to the house and explain everything to us. All of the people that we have interacted with at EMPWR have been so professional, considerate and understanding. Never once, did they put ANY pressure on us.

We learned that different utility companies handle things differently. Some give you a check once a year for the power that you sent to the grid. Some give you credit on your bill.
It turned out that our utility company did not give us as much credit as others. So, even though we were making plenty of energy with our panels, we weren’t getting as much benefit because of them.
We got a battery backup system. Which changed everything! Now, when the sun goes down we are using our battery instead of utility company! We also have power when the electricity is down from the grid. Wow, has this been exciting!

It was an absolute delight to work with everybody. The installers were professional, hardworking and very knowledgeable. The crew lead was just amazing in his ability to figure out the electrical layout of our home. Hector is definably a Pro in what he is doing.
After 9 hours of hard work the crew still maticiosly cleaned up after themselves.
The panels violent in nicely with our roof.
Our solar embassador Madison kept us in the loop every step of the process and was always helpful.
Chad, our Coordinator was absolutely amazing.

From the moment I signed up i was told I would be contacted by Amanda from the office. Amanda Barton is EMPWR Solar Customer Ambassador and HOA specialist. She is awesome. I was never in doubt or feared as to what would come next. Amanda kept me well informed with the process, would tell me step by step what to expect and what came next. Amanda answered all my questions and if she wasn't able to right away she would get back to me within the same day.
The installation was quick. Same day.
The installer that arrived was very professional and courteous. When he left you never knew he was there since he cleaned up after himself. He explained the system and what would come next reference the inspection.
I don't know how other Solar companies do their job but these guys did great and I would highly recommend them.

Really happy with this company and the process of getting solar panels installed. The sales rep was great and their process of explaining the system/cost/etc was informative but not pushy. Once I decided to go fwd, Amanda was in constant communication about permits, etc. It was painless from my end which is what I wanted as a busy working parent. The installation team was wonderful - professional and took great care in the project/cleanup.

EMPWR is a top notch organization. Our initial meetings and conversations with our sales rep Josh were very informative. He was able to provide us with all the tools we needed to make an informed decision to "Go Solar" on our newly purchased home. Would highly recommend the folks at EMPWR. We're actually lucky we decided to sit down with them after almost signing up with another solar company. We ended up with a larger system and better warranties for almost $5k less than what the other company had presented us. Our sales rep was very informative and we had lots of communication throughout the process. Would definitely do it again!

Super excited to see our first power bill drop all the way to $14. We had a great experience with our sales person (Jason) after already meeting with another solar company. Panels look great and everything went pretty seamless. Took 2 extra weeks to get installed because of some weather delays, but EMPWR kept us in the loop throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

Cost and Customer Service are exceptional. Hats off to Hunter my sales representative for taking the lead from start to finish and in between. Whenever I had a question, Hunter was readily available and willing to go that extra mile if needed. The engineers were spot on with making sure the proper paperwork was filled out and submitted to the power company. The installation team did an excellent job. They were professional and personable, taking time to answer all my questions and they left their work areas clean. If you decide to go solar go EMPWR.
