Sara Anderson was not only patient and incredible throughout the entire process of home buying, she was also extremely knowledgable and had my back in every way imaginable! Getting discouraged while trying to buy a home in this market is more than likely inevitable at this point. The competition is stiff and the inventory can seem low; but Sara went above an beyond to put my mind at ease while always making me laugh and keeping my spirits high! For her, this may be another house to sell - but I never once felt like my wild ideas were too much for her! In fact, she encouraged them, raised even better ideas, and had an amazing eye for what true potential can look like. She even got down and dirty in the cellars (in a dress, mind you) to make sure we didn't miss a thing! I truly felt like Sara went above and beyond and always put the most genuine energy towards finding the best for my family and I. ERA may be another Realty Agency/Company, but I can't thank them enough for finding me the perfect home with 0 headache! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I just want to say how wonderful Dave Shalap is. He went above and beyond in helping us prepare, list and sell our mother's home in Strasburg. I can't say enough, we owe a huge debt of gratitude for Dave's professionalism, expertise, generosity and kindness. Living in AZ made it difficult to manage all the details of upgrading and repairing the home to get ready for listing. Dave helped arrange everything from septic work, roofing repair, plumbing, insurance, etc. he offered his assistance every step of the way and even checked on the home regularly for us to make sure it was safe. Each time we were in town he had a list of events and great restaurant suggestions and made sure we were well taken care of. All the help we received from Dave is too much to list here. He has a vast network of resources, knowledge and personability that I haven't seen met anywhere else. We accepted an offer on the house 2 days after listing! Thank you Dave for all your help!
