Came in as a new client. We went over the areas I has issues with and taught me why they’re caused and what needs to happen on the cellular level to fix it. She’s so full of knowledge and isn’t just in for the money. The treatment we were planning to do we opted out because of underlying conditions and not knowing how I’d react! And I loved it so much she was that thoughtful and thorough. We did and amazing mask and my skin was left RADIANT and GLOWING ✨ she taught me about the products to use and what I need to throw away, while telling me which ingredients were damaging my skin and why. Then also, which ones would help and why. She made me so relaxed I fell asleep during the process. I felt so comfortable around her and there will never be any other esthetician touching my face ever again. If you want real results and not a waste of money go to her! Cynthia ia a master esthetician for anti aging, lifting and beautiful skin! A true gem in NWA. I was only in NWA temporarily; but got to work with her for 6 months with amazing results. Going to Cynthia is like going to a holistic plastic surgeon without any invasive surgery! I really could see the lift and results immediately after each appt! I have been diligent with skincare my entire life but had recently noticed for the first time more need for lifting and toning this past year. So happy to have discovered the techniques she uses so that i can continue with them; although she really is the best and i miss having her as my esthetician. Cynthia puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. She is so professional in what she does and in her communication with clients. I absolutely love Cynthia's work! My skin hasn't looked or felt this good in years. My hyper-pigmentation, texture, and pores has greatly improved in just three facials. Everything is totally geared towards your specific skin type, and issues. The products are great too. There's a bit of a learning curve but, Cynthia walks you through everything in office just like you would at home alone. It's like getting a make-up tutorial at Sephora but, with a skincare routine! Living in a world with Covid-19 she takes special care and precautions. Don't let Covid stop you from experiencing everything she has to offer. I've struggled with my skin since I was a teenager, and now in my 30's I have hope again. I highly recommend Essential Esthetics.
