I own 2 commercial buildings in Point Pleasant, 1 Rooming House and an apartment building. I had an issue with the flange under the toilet that needed to be replaced. It was hard enough to find anyone available to do the work. I found Family Traditions in Point Pleasant and explained my situation. He had someone there in 2 days. Work was Excellent. Finally I have found a plumbing company that puts quality before anything else. And pricing was more than fair. They will now be the company to do all my commercial & residential work. Outstanding from start to finish. Jeff who i originally spoke to had his guy Earl first thing at my door 8am as he promised. After explaining everything they put a new hot water heater in less that 2 hours. Outstanding work with tremendous knowledge. I will use them over and over again.

I was so happy when we found Family Tradition Plumbing and Heating. My daughter was having plumbing problems , I called them and the were able to come out right away and fixed the problem. We have had them several times after that for some additional problems or installations and they are consistent with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the shore area and, we would not use anyone else.

First time I ever used this company and they were fantastic. Called them at 8:15 a.m. on Columbus Day and they were at my house by 10:30 a.m. Flushed out my tankless water heater and got me my hot water back. Best price around and the service man/plumber was great. They sent me a bill via email, paid it via email. The whole experience was fantastic. They will be my new plumber!!!
