Fantastic! Maria was very helpful, friendly and professional. They replaced three watch batteries, but on a new watch band & even put the old buckle on the new band…in less than 30 minutes.
I enjoyed shopping & talking with Maria in between.

We have been going to FAO Jewelers for about 15 years. They are Amazing John ,Lisa, Kevin and Denise have made my wedding rings from a drawing I made , designed and redesigned other ones plus necklaces and earrings always with a smile and hugs ( when possible)We will Never go anywhere else

The customer service is next to none. The staff is professional and knowledgeable with no question they can't answer. Speaking from my own experience, they helped me make an important decision that without there help I couldn't make on my own. Thanks to them all and I will be back in the future.

John and his staff took my design for my fiance's engagement ring and exceeded my expectations. From design to finished ring it was a pleasure dealing with John and his team. Absolutely the best product for the best price. Only one problem, many women get upset with their husband after seeing my fiance's ring. ;-)

I recently had a custom ring done here. Although it took longer than I expected. It was absolutely stunning when it was completed. John and his staff do great work are very friendly and trustworthy! I highly recommend FAO jewelers!

I came into FAO JEWELERS not knowing what to expect because I had no knowledge of purchasing a diamond band I have never purchased one before so I was a little nervous but when coming in to the store and meeting John for the first time I knew I was in good hands, he was very gracious, courteous, patience, kind and extremely helpful I was extremely happy and very comfortable with his knowledge of his profession I felt that I was very lucky to have John as my salesperson, Hats off to you John , you rock !!!

I went in to see if they'd straighten out a ring I had bent and Todd helped me and was very nice and in less than five minutes came out with my ring straightened and told me there was no charge. How nice. I'll definitely go back and would recommend them. Thank you!

A very friendly staff who went above the normal in helping me to be happy with my visit. I even went for a battery on my mom's watch. They replaced it with a new one and didn't charge me. I was surprised. I'd recommend this place for anyone.

Thank You FAO in Brighton, MI for your professional, timely, service. FAO repaired a badly shaped, family heirloom. diamond ring for me. Then, I brought in my gold wide band, wedding ring, that (after 28 yrs of marriage) was too small to slide over my knuckle. I also had my husband's wide band with me. (husband had a newer band to wear). Todd at FAO had the brilliant idea to resize my band, and "tastefully" solder my band "inside" my husband's band. The result: STUNNING❤

A perfect fit. All polished and sparkling. Having negative experience with a previous jeweler, that stated, nothing could be done, I have found a new Jeweler Home. The owner John, listened, was kind & professional. Carla was a delight when I picked up my newly designed gold band. And again, thank you Todd, for your brilliant creation & treating me like family!

I took my grandmother's 75 year old wedding ring into FAO to be fixed. The band was worn, the prongs around the diamond were paper thin, and there were cracks in the whole top as well. I just got it back and OMG it looks like a brand new ring! I'm so glad I went to FAO Jewelers in Hartland to keep my heirloom looking great for another 75 years! Thank you!
