Tony from, For Saving Heating & Cooling, came to my property very soon after his answering my call. He is pretty warm hearted and suggested a furnace exactly right for my house. The technicians, Mohamad and Hamid, came to replace our old furnace enen it was dinner time. They are very professional, responsible and friendly. They did a great job. The service was very fast. It was just several hours from our first call to all done. We are very satisfied with members from this company.

Very prompt same-day service. Mohamad and his team showed up earlier than expected. The tankless heater was installed nicely. The old tank was hauled away. The mechanical room was cleaned once installation was completed. The pilot lights of the fireplaces were re-ignited and double-checked. All were completed in four hours. Very satisfied overall. And special thanks to sales manager Tony for making it happen.

Moe and his colleague installed our new Rheem water tank. They were punctual. They left the surrounding area clean and removed our old water tank. They explained how to use our new water tank (not much maintenance is needed) and were finished in less than 2 hours. All in all great service.

Friendly, informative, and customer-focused teams. They take their time answering all my many questions and go above and beyond the call of the service request. During furnace cleaning today, although this was not part of the technician's job, when he tested the furnace for gas leaks, he also tested the gas leak of my hot water heater tank - and there was a minor leak. No one has ever done that for me, not even the company that services my hot water tank (a rental). Greatly appreciate the technician's patience in thoroughly answering all my questions, spending time to educate me on what he was doing, and finding a gas leak. Purchased A/C through Costco and services was contracted to Homestar. Stan came for a consultation and provided good and trustful consultation. He was reliable in his word, contacted on his own initiative when there was scheduling mishap, and the installation process was smooth and easy. The unit was much bigger than I expected.. which was shared to me that all newer models are getting bigger, as they are more efficient

Homestar Heating and Air Conditioning did a spectacular installation of my air conditioner. Ali and his crew improved substantially on the previous installation of a failed unit by a different installation company. Ali rotated the unit a quarter turn to improve the line run, creating a straighter line between the copper and the wall. He ran all new copper and a new wire as was to be expected. He and his crew were courteous, efficient and performed a good clean up while minimizing any disturbance to the property. The previous installers had reused the original 18 year-old copper and wire, kept the copper and wire I paid for and run over 14 welds between the unit and the wall, creating multiple potential leak points and voiding any third party coverage for a service contract. By comparison Ali used only 4 welds, two at the unit and two at the coils. If using Costco, as I did, I would request Homestar. Costco pricing with premium service.

Our Experience with the sales, office and tech team were great, no pressure at all unlike certain other agencies. Homestar is a Costco approved business and they were pleasant to deal with from start to finish and installed my Lennox AC the very next day after approving their quote. Tech installed a slab for the new air conditioner and replaced the old fixtures around it. Also received call backs asking if everything was ok and if I needed any support or help, to call them asap. Satisfied client for sure !

We are happy with the purchase of a new Lennox air conditioner 2.5 ton and a new Lennox gas furnace 90,000 btu from Homestar this week in Aug. 2024. The installation team led by Ali is professional and provides good service. This team exhibit good workmanship, shows care by placing protection covers in our house corridor and sweep clean before their exit. The new equipment is running cool and quiet. Homestar is recommended due to our good consumer experience.

We purchased our AC unit from HomeStar Heating & Air through Costco. Overall the experience was great. First a sales person came to our house to evaluate our needs and to provide us with a quote. They were very professional and prompt and explained any questions we had.

We then scheduled the installation where two people came to install the AC unit. Everything went smoothly and they were very professional. Everything has been working perfectly and we had a great experience overall.

The installation on a carrier furnace went very well. The technicians are very polite and professional. We confirm the scope of work, then they remove the old furnace, install the new furnace, clean up. Finally, show me how to use the thermostat. It is a very pleasant experience. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company for people in a similar needs. The salesman Max presented multiple options, explained the pros and cons. Not pressure to up sale me anything. I selected a 80k BTU carrier multi-stage furnace. It works quietly.

Just a few weeks ago, For Saving Home Service replaced our old furnace and AC with a new energy efficient two-stage Carrier furnace and Heat pump combo. We are so satisfied with the products and the installation that we feel compelled to post this review to express our appreciation.
Sam (the installer) and his colleague did a wonderful job. The installation was flawless, clean and neat. Sam took time to explain the work before and after with care. The system has been working great so far (knocking wood !!).
Kudos to Tony (the Home Comfort advisor) who had come to our house to inspect, and patiently walked through the entire project with us and also offered good pricing option.
A generous rebate from Enbridge is truly an icing on the cake. Thanks to the Saving Home Service team. Keep up good work.
