Having Foundation Systems help me with my major house leveling project was an absolute success. From the beginning working with George Smith and Casey this team produced excellent results with professional service. Casey is the foreman very knowledgeable and answers questions with great respect to customer. Pricing is very reasonable considering the scope of work required. I was quoted about 2 days to level the house. This team doesn’t play around they finished in 1 day with excellent workmanship. The crew left the work area clean as when they started too! I’m very happy with results, highly recommend working with this company.

For such an unexpected and unwanted repair, Foundation Systems made this whole process actually stress free. Wade came out to my property to do an estimate and answered all my questions and concerns. I received my quote and they started within 2 days of receiving the approval. The crew arrived on time and was super about explaining what they were doing and completed the job in record time. The foreman did a walk through with me again and then I received a follow up call to check to see if I was satisfied with everything. I hope I never need more work but if I do I will definitely use them again! Excellent experience

I did not realize what a tough job it would be stabilizing the foundation of our 65 year old home sitting on "soft" soil Communication was good with all involved; management to crew, with contractor and myself as homeowner. Workers knew their individual tasks and seemed to work well together. They treated my property with respect, cleaning up well after each work day and at the end of the project.Crew was always friendly, greeting me and my family and always letting me know at the end of the day that they were leaving. I appreciated that FSH did not cash my down payment until work began and did not ask for full payment until completion.A side note: When the guys knew it would be a noisy day with the machinery were thoughtful and asked if I wanted earplugs. On another thoughtful gesture, there was a small plant growing right where they were going to dig so one of the guys dug out the plant and replanted into a pot. ( plant is doing well.)

Tim and crew were excellent. I'm so glad I called these guys. I had cracked columns and didn't know who to call. Wade from Foundation Systems Hawaii came out and clearly and calmly explained to me this was a common problem here in Hawaii and that this was their expertise. He guaranteed their work and reassured me that these cracks would never surface again!! Done!!! I hired them immediately!! The crew of Casey, Kalai and Steven came out on a Monday and were done by End of day Wednesday. The end results were phenomenal!! I cannot explain how good it feels to have taken care of such a big problem. These guys are professionals, they are prompt and their expertise really shows in the quality of their work. This is the second time I have had the opportunity to work with Tim and Foundation Systems Hawaii. I trust them completely, as they are very honest and listened to my concerns and addressed it appropriately. Wade came by the house, provided me with a quote, and was always available for questions & concerns. These guys are the best. From the get go, they recognized my concerns and came up with an appropriate plan for my budget. And they did not disappoint, they completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. The workers that came to my home were professional, friendly, and kept the working area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Foundation Systems Hawaii. We had 6 driven piles installed on the end of our home to address settlement issues. We had a great experience from the beginning to the end of the project. Wade gave us a very fair estimate and did not try to sell us on anything more than what we needed to fix the settlement issue.

There was one complication with the project. We had contaminated soil which had to be disposed of properly. The owner, Tim Mort, was in regular communication with me regarding this issue. We decided to go through with the additional steps of getting the soil tested and properly disposed of, which had additional costs. However, I felt that Tim was fair to not charge us any extra for the extra service hours it took to do these additional steps. He only forwarded the charges from the testing company and disposal fees.

All the guys on site (Foreman Daniel, Steven and Marcus) seemed to be very experienced with installing driven piles. They also handled the contaminated soil and subterranean water flow with great care and efficiency. They left our property clean at the end of each workday. We started the project within a week of signing the contract and it only took 3 days to complete. They were very accommodating when we had a mover deliver a sofa the same day of construction. They moved their trucks and offered to help without any issues.

Overall we had a great experience with them and highly recommend them to anyone.

After doing our research and meeting with a couple of contractors, we decided to hire Foundation Systems Hawaii. We initially met with Wade, who was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Throughout the entire process, Wade was readily accessible and accommodating with our requests and schedules.

The work that needed to be done to our home was pretty substantial. Daniel and his crew were efficient, courteous, and very helpful. They tried their best to minimize the inconveniences that necessarily arise during a project of this nature. For example, they helped us move furniture around from room to room and when the work was completed, they put everything back in their original location. The work was completed on time and the company was great about following up with us to ensure that everything went smoothly. In fact they even came back to the house to pick up a few rolls of carpet that they couldn’t fit in their truck. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
