I've been a patient of Dr. Germaine's for practically my whole life and I think it's safe for me to say that I trust him and his staff with my life. Dr. Germaine is an exceptional, patient, and caring dentist. He is always there to address any concerns I may have and always gives me peace of mind. His staff is always so accommodating and kind and after knowing everyone for so many years, I feel like they are extended family. I can’t say enough about the office staff and Dr. Germaine himself. The office staff is friendly and so accommodating and welcoming the moment you walk in the office! Dr Germaine is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to in my life and I am 54. I have been to numerous dentist in my lifetime and loyal to none until I was referred to and sat in Dr. Germaine’s chair! He is kind, compassionate, thorough and spends all the time he needs to with you explaining everything you need in Great detail and takes the time to answer all your questions and concerns. He made me feel as if I was his only patient he was treating that day (which of course I was not). I wasn’t just a client with billable insurance…….I was a person and he will be the only dentist I and my family will ever see despite the 40 minute drive! He and his staff are all CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONALS who actually really do care about you as a patient and person!

We have been using Doctor Germaine for about a year. I found him through a family referral (she is in the dental field). Doctor Germaine is an absolute dream of a dentist (and we have been to plenty!). He operates with precision and expertise, is gentle, and also really knows his field. This is a doctor who loves what he does and has mastered his craft.

The office staff is responsive, friendly, and sends helpful text message reminders for upcoming appointments. We’ve never had to wait long to go in, and they have evening and weekend appointments. If you are looking or thinking about a dentist, go visit Dr Germaine. You won’t be disappointed!

I am a new patient to Dr . Germaine’s office . From the moment I walked in I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I had a full series of X-rays and a cleaning by the dental hygieniest. Seriously it was the best cleaning I have ever had, as I am in the dental industry myself so I can judge very well. I met Dr.Germaine and he gave me an exam, told me what was goibg on in my mouth.. NO pressure .
I highly recommend this very professional office and staff for future dental visits.
