Service was installed yesterday. Technician showed up on time and it didn’t take long for him install and test the monitoring service. He went over everything and answered my questions before leaving. Very satisfied so far.

So far I’ve had a great experience as a customer. I like the fact that I can reach the actual company and speak to someone rather than an automated service. SAVE YOUR TIME SCROLLING and worrying about how you’re going to keep CRIME OUT of your buisness.
I listened to hours of the TOP NAME SEVURITY pitches. the bottom line is that when I called Globe Link , I spoke to the owner. He was even there during installation, making sure everything went.
I am bored just to make me feel secure.

Globelink Security is awesome! They provide security for both my home and my business. We have cameras and the quality of the video is excellent. We have an app on our phones so we can know what’s going on at our home or business at all times. We can use this app to arm and disarm our security systems and both are linked in one place. This company is awesome; stay true to their schedule, friendly customer service in person as well as on the phone. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you understand your system. Over the years I had ATT, protection one, ADT and none of these compared to the service and prices I received through Globelink Security. We tried for 3 years to get our former service to update the contacts. They were calling people who moved away to tell them when the alarm went off instead of the updated call list! Globelink has been great and very communicative.

Super thankful for GSS coming in to save the day after monitoring issues with another company. They were in my retail store to set up the day after I called to inquire about service. We were a customer of ADT for nearly 14 years. As time passed, the system, inevitably, started to faulted. The system became unusable due to it triggering for no reason. To get the repairmen to come out, ADT would charge us $100. Global link was the answer to that problem with a more competitive monthly rate. A prayer answered and we were once again able to use our alarm system.

I am very satisfied with the installation, the setting up the system on my cellphone, and the placement of everything. I have slept like a baby from that night on. My grandson accidentally forgot the alarm was set and triggered it to go off and the security team contacted me within seconds to make sure everything was alright, but they didn't take my work for it I had to provide my safe word. I can check on my home when I'm away from it or even check my camera's on my phone from my bed. Totally worth the investment for peace of mind.

Was told by other security companies that I would never find a monthly monitoring cost for anything less than $49.00 month for a wireless system....boy, are they wrong.
