Yesterday went to good ol Tom’s, sat with Wanda, what a wonderful, wonderful lady. Very patient answered a lot of my questions, they bought the jewelry that I brought in and I was very pleased with the amount that I received. There were also two other ladies there, who also answered my questions again very patient and pleasant. Thank you so much for your customer service!!

Shopped a bracelet around that was handed down to me. Out of the 6 local shops Good Ol Toms were the only ones that didn't want to play games and gave me the most money. They beat a few stores by hundreds of dollars...Won't go anywhere else for now on!!

I had some gold jewelry and sold to Good Ole Toms and got a really great price I was surprised. So I found some more at home and decided to check out another very popular pawn store, they offered me a good amount but then I asked what’s the cost of gold today? The guy didn’t even know! He looked it up and it went up from prior day but he didn’t offer a new price so I went back to Good Ole Toms and they offered $40 more.
If I didn’t ask that guy the price for that day I would have just thought it was a good deal and took it but I knew I wasn’t getting the best deal.
Megan and the other lady that work in East Hartford are so friendly and really go over each piece so you know what you’re selling and getting. I will definitely go back, it was a great experience.

Out of all places that I’ve been to in the past, Good Ole Toms just happens to be the best. I went in on a hunch when I came across some old gold jewelry and coins that my grandmother left behind in her attic. True to their word they gave me the best pricing on the items, which actually helped me out in a time of need. The service was amazing. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Cassandra.

Her warm welcoming personality was just as good as the money I received. She truly knew her stuff and made me feel comfortable in the process. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get rid of any items that might be of value.
