I usually put my feelings and lots of them in a review I'm a customer service fanatic
That being said I wrote one about jack and the amazing kindness and genuine interest I got as soon as I walked in I hit the wrong button now its in cyber space if you're in need of a place to go where you feel like youre talking to a good friend with a whole lot of knowledge about anything your looking for or want to sell this location is where you should end up See jack I told you I liked writing these thank you again this was short compared to the first one

Moved from Michigan 1.5 yrs. ago.
Saw the advert on the back of a bus stop bench when acclamating myself with the area. Knowing I needed some work done, I thought "Why not ?"

I found two Super friendly guys !!!

Extremely reasonable prices for a necklace repair, ring re-sizing, & watch repair !!

Jack is an awesome guy! He not only bought our gold jewelry for a great price, but he also has great customer service and is so friendly. He taught us how to tell real from fake and even helped us make our personal rings look better! We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!!

The people at Good Ole Tom's have always been respectful, polite, and no pressure.
Our last visit had a remarkable hiccup that was quickly resolved, in our favor, due to their honesty. We paid with brand new bills fresh from the ATM. Two bills had stuck together and we hadn't noticed. It was discovered in the end of day accounting and they immediately called to tell us they had set the bill aside for us. We were surprised and pleased by such honesty. We re-counted our cash and sure enough we were $50 short. But otherwise, we wouldn't have re-counted and we wouldn't have known.
I highly recommend this store, their staff and the products they sell!

I brought in several items to the guys at Good Ole Tom’s to find out if they were worth anything. My hope was to make a little money, but my expectations were low. 20 minutes later I was walking out with over $1,000!! The two guys that helped (I wish I could remember their names!) we’re awesome! They were patient and answered ALL my questions, they offered me MUCH MORE than I expected, and they were NICE. Sometimes you’re made to feel bad for trying to make money by selling personal belongings, but not at Good Ole Tom’s. The experience was wonderful and I will be back!

Good Ole Toms is the only place I trust with our jewelry. My husband bought me a chain for Christmas and they happily put Charms on it for me. Today I took in my daughters necklace and they were able to fix it. Customer service is always phenomenal. Thank you Gool Ole Toms!

My mom recently passed away & after the family had gone through her belongings, I took a shot with her remaining jewelry too see if anyone would be interested in buying it. I've seen the commercials on TV for Good Ole Tom's, so I decided to take it there. I'm glad that I did. The customer service was really good from the time I walked in the door. The representative Jack was really cool. He was honest at what he was buying & the quality of the jewelry. He gave great customer service. Even after Jack finished with my business, he was still to help with future endeavors for the business. I highly recommend this location. Great customer service, helpful & knowledgeable representation. I left feeling like friends than as a customer!

My wife & I went into Good Ole Tom's today. I told my wife this place is expensive!!! The only reason I thought that was because of the commercial with the young boy with all the gold on. She laughed and we went in and I was thinking I can spend around 500.00 for a new wedding ring for my wife. It's been 12 yrs and she sacrificed her old ring to buy food. So the 2 gentlemen that helped me was very nice and threw me a deal of a lifetime. Their quality of jewelry is awesome. So I spent 100 over what I wanted to spend but I also got 300 discount. It's almost a 1Ct total diamond. We both started crying. Thank you gents at Good Ole Tom's. We are now life long customers. God Bless your entire family and employees. We see why it's been over 40 yrs open.
