A shout out to Lauren, she talked to me on the phone as the process dragged out. They stayed on it for a year to get my claim settled. Kept me updated the entire time and never gave up. Lauren was amazing and easy to deal with. They do exactly what they said they will do and they don’t give up. A shout out to Lisa, she was great to explain the process and answer any questions.
