GoogleWe purchased our new home February of 2021. Within the first month of owning the home we had 4 different leaks from the roof including a porch roof that would leak any time it rained. We got ahold of Greenawalt asking if someone would quote us. We called 9 different roofing companies. Somehow this is the only company that got back to me. I tried multiple times with the other companies with no response. Greenawalt came out and quoted us. The process was very simple. They explained everything so there were no questions. They installed our roof in a day and a half. They installed and fixed gutter that was there. They installed leaf barriers on the gutters. The crew was kind and any questions I had was answered. I even asked for them to do a little extra gutter the day before they were coming. They accommodated without question. I would choose Greenawalt again without hesitation.

FacebookFrom the get-go, my wife and I were impressed with Greenawalt. First, we solicited quotes from four different and well known area roofing companies. Not only was Greenawalt's the lowest quote, but in terms of detail and presentation, far and away the most professional. Second, our roofing job was a two day affair, partly as a result of dealing with some weather issues. The workers showed up on time and, as needed, worked late until the job was completed. They did their very best to protect the flower beds and lawns around where they were working. Once the work was completed the workers did a great job of cleaning up any debris they could find. Third and finally, the project coordinator, Randy Abenshon, was responsive to any questions we had about the product and the process. I would not hesitate to use these folks again!

We had several roofing companies provide estimates and overview what type of service they would provide. From my perspective Greenawalt provided the best combination of value, cost, quality of installation of the companies. I wanted my roof done correctly to avoid problems down the road and Greenawalt was able to demonstrate quality installation and provide adequate guarantees I felt comfortable using them. They kept in contact with us regarding the installation timeline. Their crew was respectful and professional and worked very hard. The end product looks great. I did observe them installing the roof and the workmanship was quality.

They also installed a sheet metal roof at the bay window. All their work was excellent and was performed in a timely manner. A problem with new drip edge to existing gutter was encountered, but Greenawalt promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Their sales engineer followed the project from the beginning to the end and was greatly appreciated.

GoogleI chose Greenawalt based on other favorable google reviews. Their quote was reasonable (another quote was more than double) and their customer service was excellent. The siding and shutters looks great! It took less than two days to remove and install. A dumpster was delivered the day before removal and picked up the day after it was completed. This stood out to me as that is not always the case. Greeawalt secured all permits. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We did have to wait a few months which was not a problem for us but could be if you are on a timeline. I so appreciate a company who values customer service and work ethic!

GoogleGreenawalt wasn't originally my first choice out of the 6 contractors I got estimates for. One other company that seemed a better choice later proved otherwise when they imposed some details like money up front and high-pressure tactics to get me to sign. I didn't like the pushy salesman who came for the contract signing so I decided to go with Greenawalt, my second choice. The company didn't demand any money up front, explained all the details of the contract and weren't at all pushy. The workmen who installed the roof were polite, careful about the landscape and features around the house. They were efficient and got the job done in a single day for the roof portion of the contract. They meticulously removed all the debris and even went over the yard with a magnet to pick up metal scraps and nails. The dumpster was promptly removed. I got a call in plenty of time notifying me of the arrival time of the workers. The second portion of the contract went equally as well to replace the siding on the house. I was truly impressed with the professionalism Greenawalt showed through the entire project and highly recommend them.
