From start to finish, I am most impressed with Greenawalt Roofing. Jeff, our salesman, was courteous and punctual. The install crew was efficient and finished the entire job in one day. The yard was completely cleaned before they left - you would never know they had been there! Katie in the office is so kind and pleasant. All in all, I most definitely recommend Greenawalt. I chose Greenawalt based on other favorable google reviews. Their quote was reasonable (another quote was more than double) and their customer service was excellent. The siding and shutters looks great! It took less than two days to remove and install. A dumpster was delivered the day before removal and picked up the day after it was completed. This stood out to me as that is not always the case. Greeawalt secured all permits. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We did have to wait a few months which was not a problem for us but could be if you are on a timeline. I so appreciate a company who values customer service and work ethic!

Greenawalt wasn't originally my first choice out of the 6 contractors I got estimates for. One other company that seemed a better choice later proved otherwise when they imposed some details like money up front and high-pressure tactics to get me to sign. I didn't like the pushy salesman who came for the contract signing so I decided to go with Greenawalt, my second choice. The company didn't demand any money up front, explained all the details of the contract and weren't at all pushy. The workmen who installed the roof were polite, careful about the landscape and features around the house. They were efficient and got the job done in a single day for the roof portion of the contract. They meticulously removed all the debris and even went over the yard with a magnet to pick up metal scraps and nails. The dumpster was promptly removed. I got a call in plenty of time notifying me of the arrival time of the workers. The second portion of the contract went equally as well to replace the siding on the house. I was truly impressed with the professionalism Greenawalt showed through the entire project and highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and worked nonstop until the install was complete, one day. The crew lead answered every question I had and kept me updated on the progress. When they were finished they did a better job of cleaning up than I could have ever imagined. When they left there was no evidence they were ever there. I would certainly recommend Greenawalt to anyone looking for a new roof.

Total professional experience from Brian who came to do my estimate, to the 7 man crew who arrived 7:30 am, on the day promised. Snow flurries did not slow them down, they came back 7:30 next day and were finished by mid-day. No deposit, no risk, clean up superb no mess anywhere. Top shelf.

We purchased our new home February of 2021. Within the first month of owning the home we had 4 different leaks from the roof including a porch roof that would leak any time it rained. We got ahold of Greenawalt asking if someone would quote us. We called 9 different roofing companies. Somehow this is the only company that got back to me. I tried multiple times with the other companies with no response. Greenawalt came out and quoted us. The process was very simple. They explained everything so there were no questions. They installed our roof in a day and a half. They installed and fixed gutter that was there. They installed leaf barriers on the gutters. The crew was kind and any questions I had was answered. I even asked for them to do a little extra gutter the day before they were coming. They accommodated without question. I would choose Greenawalt again without hesitation.

These guys were great. I had gutters, soffit and fascia replaced. Owing to the material shortages from covid, we got a late start and had minor issues. Zack was my project manager and he was sure to keep me informed of the timeline. I had the most interaction with Russ, my installer for the soffit and fascia. He was pleasant and we great conversation while he did the work. Both Russ and Zack made sure I was completely satisfied with the job and were very communicative. I have a few more projects planned and these guys will be my first call.

From the get-go, my wife and I were impressed with Greenawalt. First, we solicited quotes from four different and well known area roofing companies. Not only was Greenawalt's the lowest quote, but in terms of detail and presentation, far and away the most professional. Second, our roofing job was a two day affair, partly as a result of dealing with some weather issues. The workers showed up on time and, as needed, worked late until the job was completed. They did their very best to protect the flower beds and lawns around where they were working. Once the work was completed the workers did a great job of cleaning up any debris they could find. Third and finally, the project coordinator, Randy Abenshon, was responsive to any questions we had about the product and the process. I would not hesitate to use these folks again!

Our roof was past its life expectancy and needed to be replaced. We had several roofing companies provide estimates and overview what type of service they would provide. From my perspective Greenawalt provided the best combination of value, cost, quality of installation of the companies. I wanted my roof done correctly to avoid problems down the road and Greenawalt was able to demonstrate quality installation and provide adequate guarantees I felt comfortable using them. They kept in contact with us regarding the installation timeline. Their crew was respectful and professional and worked very hard. The end product looks great. I did observe them installing the roof and the workmanship was quality.

Greenawalt roofing co. Installed a totally new roof with skylights at my existing residence. They also installed a sheet metal roof at the bay window. All their work was excellent and was performed in a timely manner. A problem with new drip edge to existing gutter was encountered, but Greenawalt promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Their sales engineer followed the project from the beginning to the end and was greatly appreciated.

The crew from Greenawalt did an excellent job installing a new roof. Looks great. Project manager went out of his way to help with two new exhaust vents. Clean up was very good. I have seen many roof installations but this was the best I have ever witnessed. The installers were highly skilled and very professional. They were using equipment, tools and vehicles that were first class. The roofers worked fast and were very particular and careful. The took particular care with gathering up all roof debris including roofing nails. The job I watched was my next door neighbors and I was so impressed with Greenawalt Roofing that I purchased a roof job for myself!

Unbeknownst to me, my roof had sustained substantial hail damage from a summer storm. This only became apparent when shingles started blowing off my roof with each subsequent wind. We had a new structured roof added on to our patio so that we could remove the old aluminum roof. After the structure was built I had Greenawalt come out to shingle it as well as my old roof, and add new gutters. I also asked them to cover up my old roof vents since they were going to add ridge vents to the new and existing roof. Wow, it looks great! This was my first experience with Greenawalt and I will definitely be looking them up when I need any more work done. Everyone I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable. Logan, Randy, and the rest of the crew did an amazing job on our new roof! I had them out for an estimate on a few leaks we were having, thinking we would just make a few repairs. They diagnosed that we had hail damage and worked with my insurance (shout out Liberty Mutual) to replace the entire roof plus the garage. Mind you, we don't live in a simple rancher. Our house is a 130 year old Victorian with all kinds of crazy angles, slopes, and surfaces. Their crew worked for over a week, sometimes past dark, to get the job done.

We are extremely happy with the quality of work and level of professionalism displayed by every member of their crew. We would recommend Greenawalt to anyone looking to have roof work done.

Called Greenawalt Roofing, as we needed a section of our roof changed from shingles to EPDM, due to the low pitch. The initial quote we had received from another company was exorbitant. Greenawalt was out within 2 days and we had a reasonable quote within an hour of two after they left our home. On the day of installation, the small team arrived on time, they were considerate of the fact that we had three dogs and we had to coordinate occasional potty breaks, outside time, etc. My boyfriend is a home inspector and he said the work looked good! From start to finish Greenawalt Roofing was excellent. After researching several companies, to have our roof replaced I decided to go with them. What a great choice, Brian was excellent very knowledgeable and professional. The crew was early and worked non stop the entire day. The Greenawalt Roofing Company completed the job as quoted. They were very professional.Took time to cover all our shrubs. Removed the old roof and existing sky lights, Replaced the sky lights with new ones and installed the new roof. They started at 8am and were finished at 6pm. They cleaned up after completed and the yard was left as they found in. I would recommend Greenawalt for roof installtions.

Greenawalt was in the area working on a roof damaged in a storm. They offered to inspect my roof and a few neighboring houses as well, finding similar and significant damage. Their staff walked us through the insurance process and worked directly with the inspectors to ensure all of our damage was covered and repaired. It couldn't have been easier.

The Greenawalt installation crew was incredible. They were quick, efficient, and overall excellent. Our entire roof was off and back on in two days and i. The late fall/early winter they had to stay into the very dim twilight to do it! They were also very responsive, communicative and professional/conscientious. I only found one nail in a flower bed when they were all finished...amazing.

Thanks to all the Greenawalt team from inspectors to coordinators to installers, we have a new roof that looks better than when the house was built and has a new warranty to go with it!

The roof itself was installed in one day. Old shingles removed, new installed, and all cleaned up. Neighbors who had used other companies for roofing didn't have theirs done in a day. We watched their roofers for several days.
