I cannot recommend Ms. Ann Otteman and her team highly enough. She is an aggressive, powerful, and passionate attorney who took on my divorce case at the last minute and got me everything I wanted. She will fight relentlessly on your behalf.

Molly Turpin and the team at Greg Ryan and Associates are exceptional. Molly represented me during my request for joint physical custody and opposing my ex’s request to relocate. She is competent, she cares, she works hard and provided sage advice through 5 hearings, a Custody Evaluation, an Expert Witness’s work product review and 11 days of trial. She left no stone unturned, left nothing to chance, developed a winning strategy and despite my Daughter’s young age and my position in the military she executed in the courtroom and got it done. I am forever indebted to Molly and the team’s service. These are good people that get it and care, and I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Greg and his team. Everyone is so professional,helpful and kind. I was feeling bottom low , nervous and confused when I asked him for help , and he gave me the voice I lost once and helped me to have better opportunities for my new life. We highly recommend Greg Ryan and Associates for your legal issues. Our son has just gone through a long and nasty divorce, and this law firm, his main lawyer, Molly, have been with him every step of the way. Their encouragement, support, and expertise are far superior to other firms I have experienced. The firm is highly professional and caring, constantly keeping the client apprised of every twist and turn along the way. In a nutshell, they are the best!

I’d like to take the time to share my experience with Greg Ryan and associates.

Where I was lucky to have found them, I understand the stress of searching for the attorney that will be taking your fate into their hands. Choosing the right law firm to represent you can be the difference in whether you face a hopeful future or a devastating outcome. No outcome is guaranteed but the odds are in your favor when someone fights for you as if it’s themselves they are fighting for. In my case The odds did not look to be in my favor. I was forced to leave my home state of Hawaii because of my financial circumstances. I was emotionally compromised because I was facing the possibility of not having the time with my son that both my son and I needed.

I used Greg Ryan and Associates to re-open a custody case in order to obtain a more fair and reasonable visitation that would better suit my son and I. In truth, modifying an already made court order can be unpredictable and challenging. I’d like to share that my lawyer Phil Dureza was amazing! When I first met him I experienced a genuine heart and kindness. The office staff was kind and quick to keep me notified with any changes and explained everything to me with patients and care. When I witnessed Mr. Dureza fight in the courtroom, the respect I had already established for him ,,sky rocketed!! Mr. Dureza took his time in learning my case. He was never unprepared. There were embarrassing moments where my opposing party was shaming me as does happen in court. In those moments where I felt hurt or scared, Mr. Dureza was quick with his responses to defend me and made compelling arguments that went in my favor. Not once was he caught off guard by the other attorney who was fighting hard to not only shame me but take what little time I already had. My attorney faught back with a genuine heart for my son. I have never witnessed such a respectable kindness all while being reasonably aggressive. It was both an honor and privilege to wittiness him in his element. I was so grateful to have him. I believe if I had anyone else fighting for me I would not have gotten anything I was asking for. In this case I ended up with more than what I had asked for. In time my situation would have been better when my son was older and can make decisions but as everyone knows time waits for no one and time lost meant memories lost with my son. Missing this time would have been both devastating and heart breaking. Greg Ryan and Associates are the reason My son and I can look forward to being together again after an unfortunate past where divorce and prior custody circumstances had put limitations on our time. I'm an out of state parent now and Mr. Dureza made sure that did not stop my son and I from maintaining our relationship. I made this review in hopes that if someone is looking for an attorney who believes in bringing a loving parent and child or children justice and you need to know your child’s best interest is a main priority then you can use Greg Ryan & Associates. You can have confidence that they will invest not only their time but their genuine hearts. My only regret is that I didn't have them sooner. It was a privilege to have them in my Corner.
