Sean Don was very efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing as he worked. Once Sesn finished the work, he explained what service we would need in the future and what should be taken care of right away. He took pictures and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.

Saw Haven was now providing dryer vent/duct cleaning and we were due. Sean came ahead of the time noted and the office let me know per a text and email. Sean was professional and friendly. He took his time to clean out the dryer vent and duct. He ensured the aluminum connection tube was secured in place with no leaks or loss of pressure. Haven continues to be an excellent service provider for our heating/cooling and duct needs.

This company is top notch. They just did a new install of A/C for us a few years ago. They were here today for a check up. Very professional, they know their stuff and have reasonable rates. Do yourself a favor and get them on-board to take care of your A/C heating needs. You'll be glad you did.

I have loved my decision to get my AC and heat pump system, along with upstairs ducting system, installed. They have all been very professional and I have a completely electric heating and cooling system. Sean has don’t my maintenance today and was on time, professional, and went above and beyond and partially cleans my dryer vent bc it was possibly effecting one of my units. They receive my highest of recommendations!
