Their customer service was terrific. Even though there were delays in materials shipped from the factory, Sam kept me in the loop every step of the way, all the way through installation and taking before and after photos. The garage looks incredible with its new doors now!

Sam with Heads Up Garage Door was the most welcomed service owner /technician I have encountered in a long, long time. Surprised by how fair and experienced he was, in and out in only a few minutes for a spring replacement! I HIGHLY recommend him to whoever is needing a professional to service your garage doors.

Our garage door spring broke and I found Sam’s number on CraigsList. He came within a few hours of my call. He had a good variety of springs in his truck but mine was apparently an odd size, so he came back the next day and installed it. He was very punctual and also “tuned up” my other two garage doors, no extra charge. I put his sticker on my door so I know who to call next time we have an issue.

Always helpful and reasonable. I use heads up on all my properties. Most recent he came out on a Saturday to fix the door that would not move. 30 minutes job was done and he even took the time to make it more quite. It didn't even cost me a fortune to do. I can not recommend enough!!

I called Sam with Heads Up at 7am when my garage door came off the track and wouldn’t go down. He called me back immediately and came out the same day. He even came back the following day to do touch up on the wood frame. He was very friendly and affordable. Highly recommend him!
