I called this morning and immediately spoke to somebody that was highly qualified and trained, Attorney-at-Law, Richard Heston. I immediately asked him what his rate was per hour and he gave it to me- HOWEVER and more importantly, I had a few legal questions. He quickly answered them and was right on target based on my research! This law firm knows what they're doing and if I need assistance, this is the law firm that I highly recommend to everyone. PLEASE NOTE: he did not try to corner me into hiring him and, was very open and willing to share his level of knowledge from the heart, this is the kind of attorney I love!

I was not in a good space, I was alone trying to figure out the gist of filing for Bankruptcy and was sadly overwhelmed. I went online and Heston & Heston was at the top of my list. I needed some major help and without going into too much details, after explaining my situation Ben said that he would help me. Ben listened and understood, my grim situation. His understanding of the process and with his being able to explain it using words that I could understand helped dramatically! Ben handled it all step by step and explained everything. He even helped me with a telephone meeting with the Trustee - calming my nerves and you know what, everything he said would happen did, exactly how it he said it would too! Ben is a trooper he totally put up with my anxiety, nerves and millions of questions. I can't thank him or his staff enough.. At a time when I felt totally alone, Ben made it not so scary and lonely!

I had put off filing bankruptcy because I imagined paying thousands of dollars and having to jump through hoops to get help. With Ben Heston and his team, the process was so much smoother than I could have imagined. They took care of everything, answered all my emails quickly, and the cost was very reasonable. Everything was done over the phone which made it very convenient being a new mom. Ben really made me feel very comfortable and taken care of during the whole process. I would absolutely recommend Ben Heston if you are going through a bankruptcy. I can’t imagine any other company providing the same level of service and friendliness. Thank you again! Heston & Heston is great. I'm more than half way through my Chapter 13, and in that time we've had COVID, I needed to buy a new car, my salary was reduced, and I moved states twice. Ben is super responsive. The initial petition was filed quickly. Ben let me know exactly what documents he needed, and he got it done. Easy peasy.

Since that time, I've had to file a few things with the court to account for changing circumstances. Ben let me know how much extra his fees were in each case before we did anything. He also took time to reassure me almost immediately when I had specific concerns about the process.

I had a mortgaged house involved in the bankruptcy in another state, and Ben helped me figure out that entire issue. The co-owner of the house was being difficult with me, and Ben told me to just give the co-owner his number. It was a big relief as the co-owner was causing me a lot of stress.

Ben is always calm and collected, and he will tell you if he needs to look something up. The student loan companies are always difficult about repayment in bankruptcy, and he has continued to try to get them to take my money.

Ben is highly responsive, transparent, ethical, and very communicative. I couldn't ask for more in a lawyer in this complicated process. I consulted with 3 different lawyers initially, and I'm glad I chose him. I was not just a case number to him like some of the other lawyers I interviewed with.

Being that Ben is a bankruptcy lawyer, I hope I do not have to use his services again. However, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering the bankruptcy process.

Ben saved my life and my house. The previous lawyer i had keep screwing up my bankruptcy case with the bank wanting to auction my house i didnt have enough time to find a new lawyer. Ben was willing to help me out with my case and this man will do the work. Save my case and my house. He even helped me get my price dropped on my bankruptcy during this pandemic. We came to Heston & Heston at one of the lowest points in our lives. We were out of options and felt like we had nowhere to go. From the very beginning Halli and her team made us feel welcome, and that there were more options ahead of us than we knew. By the end of that first appointment we had hope again. We had a very complicated situation which required a full payoff of all of our outstanding debts. Throughout the entire process, including multiple court appearances, Halli was very diligent about making sure we always knew what each step of the process meant and how she would be there to support us throughout. I am happy to say that thanks to her guidance we completed our payoff plan ahead of schedule and now can put the dark times behind us.
