Met Jamie for an evaluation. He made some good recommendations which I went with(lower blower box and larger coil). Booking was easy, installers were fantastic and a very competitive price to replace my 30 yr old furnace and AC.
Not only the units were replaced, they replaced all the copper lines and intake/exhaust..literally a new HVAC system
The installers did a good job and made sure to use drop cloths, all equipment installed as per contract.
Office support (Natalie) is amazing as well. Followed through with replacing an AC bracket that I requested and provided me with a Lennox warranty certificate 2 weeks later. Just as promised.
Overall, a very good job by the whole team and I would definitely use them again!

Rana was great! I received a text that a service tech would be arriving today per scheduled furnace maintenance a couple of weeks ago. He arrived between the stated time and was very respectful of one's property. He was prompt and diligent at ensuring all parts of the furnace that needed to be maintained & adjusted. He also indicated that that igniter is working but may be needed to be replaced. However, he assured me that it is fine for this winter and maybe next winter, too. He was great going over what I needed to know and if I needed to monitor anything in particular. He left, job done, very clean but then came back realizing he had not replaced the humidifier filter that I had & brought out. I was fine to replace it but very pleased he came back and we both did it.
Great job, Rana! And have been with High Efficiency for almost 15 years for both heating & air conditioning. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

High Efficiency Cooling installed the energy efficient heat pump for me in late November last year. Last week, we were not getting cool air and discovered that the furnace fan stopped working. We had no choice and had to replace our furnace with a new one. Lo and behold, after installation, High Efficiency Cooling had to spend 4 hours to replace the "coil" unit above the furnace.
Rana, the technician very professional and stayed to ensure the unit in good working conditions and there is no blockage in the drain tube.

I just got 2 heat pumps installed with High efficiency cooling and heating. They did an immaculate job of staying through the day and completing the installation. Their work was thorough and neat. The wires that run outside the house was covered neatly with a case. The wires inside were alone missed to be covered with a case for which I have already reached out. Hope they address this as well. Air conditioner was not cooling satisfactory. The service technician Harry was polite, careful, explained options, not pushy. Did the work efficiently and took the time to confirm all is working as it should. I took on some risk by adding refrigerant to a system with a leak but believe it was the best option. Time will tell. In any case am very satisfied with the service.

We could not recommend this great company more. Ali came to help us with furnace that was turned off by a tech from another service provider who came that same morning, claiming that the furnace is dangerously out of order and we should buy new one. He came from a company from which we bought the Carrier furnace 10 years earlier and which was serviced every year with no issues. We thought it an inaccurate suggestion and sought second opinion. Carrier assured us that our factory warranty is a lifelong one, will expire in 2051(!) and gave us names of several associated companies in our area. We called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and are we happy that we did that! Ali came promptly (the same afternoon), examined the furnace and found disconnected wire, tube and a faulty fuse! After repairing and replacing what had to be done, he then checked everything, found it running well and we had heat! We cannot praise Ali, the company and its staff more.
