My furnace system sent me an email indicating there is a blower motor fault. Harry Yan (technician) of High Efficiency Coolong & Heating Inc. came on March 18, 2025 and he diagnosed that it only occured once. However, he noticed the inductor was extremely noisy and he recommended it to be replaced since it is still under warranty, I just have to pay for the repair labour cost. Harry Yan will return when the part is available.

The gentleman who came yesterday was not only polite and knowledgeable he actually set ip my thermostat to get me the temperatures correctly programmed which I had been trying to do dince the fall! He made sure to wear his booties to ensure my floors would remain clean. He checked all aspects of my system, cleaned the humidifier and replaced my filters. Marco the Service Coordinator from High Efficiency Heating & Cooling has been amazing to work with. The heat pump chassis that I had purchased less than 2 years ago was leaking and so my condo wasn’t heating to temperature set. Marco dealt with the distributor and managed to get me a replacement chassis installed within days. Met Jamie for an evaluation. He made some good recommendations which I went with(lower blower box and larger coil). Booking was easy, installers were fantastic and a very competitive price to replace my 30 yr old furnace and AC.
Not only the units were replaced, they replaced all the copper lines and intake/exhaust..literally a new HVAC system
The installers did a good job and made sure to use drop cloths, all equipment installed as per contract.
Office support (Natalie) is amazing as well. Followed through with replacing an AC bracket that I requested and provided me with a Lennox warranty certificate 2 weeks later. Just as promised.
Overall, a very good job by the whole team and I would definitely use them again!

Rana was great! I received a text that a service tech would be arriving today per scheduled furnace maintenance a couple of weeks ago. He arrived between the stated time and was very respectful of one's property. He was prompt and diligent at ensuring all parts of the furnace that needed to be maintained & adjusted. He also indicated that that igniter is working but may be needed to be replaced. However, he assured me that it is fine for this winter and maybe next winter, too. He was great going over what I needed to know and if I needed to monitor anything in particular. He left, job done, very clean but then came back realizing he had not replaced the humidifier filter that I had & brought out. I was fine to replace it but very pleased he came back and we both did it.
Great job, Rana! And have been with High Efficiency for almost 15 years for both heating & air conditioning. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

High Efficiency Cooling installed the energy efficient heat pump for me in late November last year. Last week, we were not getting cool air and discovered that the furnace fan stopped working. We had no choice and had to replace our furnace with a new one. Lo and behold, after installation, High Efficiency Cooling had to spend 4 hours to replace the "coil" unit above the furnace.
Rana, the technician very professional and stayed to ensure the unit in good working conditions and there is no blockage in the drain tube.
