Job specs were thoroughly outlined and explained. Any questions or clarification on specs were answered. The job was done expeditiously, but not without care or completeness. The installing tradesmen were professional and worked diligently. Quality of work is great. At this time, all systems are working and I have a basement that I will not be worrying about constantly. It’s truly peace of mind and the experience has been seamless from start to finish. It’s a large investment worth taking.

I called Highlander because I had a large crack in my basement wall and water was coming in. After looking the situation over, they realized the crack was caused because of poor drainage of the concrete driveway on that side of the house. Not only did Highlander fix the crack, but they installed a drain in the driveway next to the house that tied into the storm drain at the road. No more water in the basement. I was and still am thrilled at the professional job they did. Thank You Highlander Waterproofing!

Highlander is vey responsive. I had an alarm on one pump of two. Highlander sent a tech right over to the house and determined the pump failed early in life. They ordered a new pump and installed within a week. Since the pump was under warranty, I was not charged anything for pump or service. Great!

No one is excited to drop money on basement waterproofing. It's a need not a want. With that said....Highlander made what could be a really painful experience into an easy and convienient. The crew was CLEAN so CLEAN and courtious of my space. I couln't recomend Highlander more

The Highlander company provided very professional contractors for my basement waterproofing and repair. They were focused dependable and reliable. They cleaned up after the repairs and the basement looks 100% better. The functionality is yet to be determined after a rainstorm due to the season

They were able to match the price to competitors, showed up the next morning, the work was completed within 4 days (had some hiccups due to the unexpected structural barriers). They left the area cleaned and well organized. So far no issues. Very satisfied

I am extremely happy with the work Wesley and his crew did on our basement . They were clean , efficient and polite . They all took the time to explain everything from coming to give us an estimate and work that had to be done to the paperwork that needed to be done and then completing the work . All work / construction was done in a very timely manner matter .
I would recommend this company to any and all who need their basement waterproofing done to drain work around outside of house .

Highlander came and did an interior French drain in our downstairs and garage. They were amazing. They covered everything to keep it as clean as possible. They were efficient, polite, and kept out of our way. They put in a French drain, a sump pump, and connected downspouts to drain run off. They did all this in 3 days without interrupting our schedule. I recommend them highly if you have water problems in your basement. They have wonderful finance options. Great company.

My husband and I were very impressed with Highlander Waterproofing & Foundation Repair's prompt communication - they were the only company to reply to my initial inquiry. John, the person that come out to inspect and give us a quote, was very knowledgeable, could answer ALL of our questions thoroughly, and gave us the confidence to book them. While there was a language barrier with the crew, we were able to communicate using Google Translate, and they were able to give a good demonstration of how the system works. The crew worked a full day and a half, getting the work done faster than we anticipated. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. The quality work was worth the cost. The crew was able to complete the work without moving our hot water tank, and that initial moving cost was taken off our bill. This company seems very honest, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.

The entire experience - from the initial consultation through the completion of the job - was pleasant and professional. Brandon was definitely a subject-matter expert and walked us through the entire process during the initial meeting. Communication was excellent leading up to the start date, and the 4-man crew that arrived was well-prepared and really knowledgeable. Whenever I wandered down to the basement, they were happy to stop and answer my questions. The work was thorough, professional and FAST. They under-promised and over-delivered.
