Home Again Senior Living provided excellent care for my mother who needed assistance in taking meds, personal care and eating. Each caregiver took care of her needs while being professional and kind. Britney and her team provide an excellent service for our community and I would highly recommend them.

I have been receiving Home Again Senior Living Communities services in Winston Salem, NC for 9 months. These services assist me with tube feedings, bandage changes, showers, and some household chores. This agency is unique in that it is able to provide its services in 30 minute intervals, which, I discovered, no other agency could provide. The attendants come three times daily and are very reliable and trustworthy. Britney Robertson, director and one of my attendants, is extremely caring, patient, and respectful of me and my special needs. She sees things to be done and does them without being told, a trait very important to me.

Home Again Senior Living has been an answer to a prayer for my elderly dad. He wanted to stay in his own home even though he lives alone, but he needs help with food preparation and housekeeping.
Home Again Senior Living has done an outstanding job of providing all the services that my dad needs.The thing I like most about them is they provide customized service that meets the needs of each unique individual situation. They are not a cookie cutter, one size fits all company. They truly care about unique needs of each individual they serve. Brittney Robertson, the director, is especially warm and personal in her approach. She does an exceptional job of listening to the needs of the client and matching client needs with the best home care provider. I would recommend Home Again Senior Living to anyone with a loved one in need of excellent in home care.

I was so fortunate to hear of Home Again when my sister was to leave skilled nursing and I was not ready for her to go to assisted living. I called and Britney started coming to be with sis. They walked outside to strengthen my sister, chatted about various things and laughed and enjoyed being together. As her staff came they were very well trained and engaged sis in conversation, and helped her with activities. They followed directions for any meds that needed to be given and prepared any food needed. I am so fortunate to have learned of Home Again and their great service!!
