We were able to find the perfect house for us, after a complicated search. This was in no small part due to the hard, dedicated work of the Castillo Group! They were a hard working team from start to finish, and helped us through every curveball along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend the team, and the great service they provide. We had a few hiccups with our lender, but everyone persevered through it. When we encountered that issue, we felt overwhelmed and needed a little better communication, which is my only constructive criticism, but overall, it worked out great for us in the end. Noah and Daryl are the most driven team of real estate professionals we have dealt with on any of our home purchases. We ran into several frustrating snags along the way. While sorting through the concerns, my wife and I were extremely worried about what would or could happen next. Throughout the process, the Castillo group was in frequent and regular communication to help resolve issues. They did a superb job of keeping us informed. When we had questions, we asked and got answers. This group provides a time line of how the process will nive forward. The calendar invitations were helpful for those of busy with busy lives. On multiple occasions, we just asked for some advice. Without hesitatation, Noah was always there to provide a great customer experience. If he was engaged, then Daryl was there to assist. The company is integrated with vetted and successful business owners who offer/provide services for evert facet of your home. If the Castillo Group begin selling cars, I would buy my next car from them. Luckily for us they perform real estate services well above the rest, so we will stick to buying homes. Andi was extremely knowledgeable, professional, genuine, kind, and overall a fantastic realtor. She advocated for us when any issues came up and ensured we were comfortable with every step during the home buying process. Both Andi and Daryl also helped ensure that all the paperwork was in order which helped ease our mind. I’ve heard a lot of negative things when it comes to purchasing a home but Andi made it a smooth, quick, and painless process. Such an amazing experience with The Castillo Group! My husband and I were super nervous about buying our first house for our family ,but it took no time to realize we made the right choice. Our realtor, Shannon, had lined up communities our first visit and we we fell in love with a home on that initial walk. Three Months later we were closing on the exact house we loved! The Castillo Group has gone above and beyond my expectations. I did my due diligence and interviewed others before going with them but hands down, I have NO DOUBTS that I made the right decision. Their entire team from Realtor to Inspector list, Title Company, the Lender, etc, all of it from beginning to end; I couldn't have made a better choice. Even after closing, they have continued to provide additional information for services alarm systems referrals, great wine vendors! 😉 I kid, but call them, interview them, do your due diligence. There are plenty of agencies to choose from BUT if I had to do it all over again I'd still choose The Castillo Group. I will refer them to friends, family, and anyone in need of an agent. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea where to start or what were the right questions to ask if there were any…Pretty much clueless on how the process goes. My brother recommended Amanda Goodman with the Castillo group. He could not have made a better recommendation. Amanda was extremely patient and professional throughout the process. There were never any “dumb” questions and was a call or text away from answering any that had popped up while away. Buying a home can be intimidating but Amanda made me confident in my decisions. She was very transparent with her answers but did not feel like i was just a client but a friend in need of a lot of information lol. From the first question all the way to signing the deed to the home, the process went by very fast and smooth. We reached out to the Castillo Group after we had a bad experience with a different realtor from a different group. We were welcomed immediately. They took care of us the night I called. They were honest, sincere, hardworking, and continued till we closed. They are honestly a rare group to find that has your best interest at heart. They don’t treat you as a potential profit. They treat you as if you were family. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. We were able to find a home and close with 5 weeks!! That’s with using the VA loan too! What can I say about The Castillo Group If you want more stress in your life when buying or selling a home try doing it yourself but if you want a stress free buying or selling process then call on the Castillo group. I have bought and sold a home with them within a years time and I tell you the process has been fast easy stress-free they help you every step of the way they take care of everything and there’s very little I have to do. Of course you know you have to gather what paperwork is needed for the process and that’s easy. Before you know it whether you’re buying or selling a home next thing you’re closing.
