Got a pre-purchase survey today from Dave and James for a 29 footer boat. These guys have years and years of exeperience and they know exactly what to look for. Dave brought a ton of knowledge to the survey and fielded dozens of my questions. The assurance we gained from having an expert thoroughly look over the boat is nearly immeasurable. Dave identified several items of significant concern that I had not initially seen. Issues included a leak in the air conditioning system, delaminated areas of the transom, serious mold hidden in the mid cabin birth, and a melted 30 amp electrical connector. These items combined provided thousands of dollars in negotiation leverage and identified issues that if unaddressed could result in a total loss of the boat. Dave was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I’m glad we hired him for his knowledge and proud we supported this veteran owned business.
