This was my first colonics experience and going in I was extremely nervous. Definitely recommend meditating and juicing to get the best experience. I loved the ambiance. The owners were so kind and understanding. I received a lot of information when I left and felt like I was definitely taking my health in the right direction. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are serious about their health.
