The unit is very spacious and comfortable to live in. There are also enough areas to store our stuff. The kitchen and bathroom are well furnished with usable cabinets. Ms. Cherry Marie was very accommodating of our inquiries and made it easy for us to complete all the requirements and sign the contract. The caretakers, Nympha & Nelson, are very helpful and easy to deal with.

I had an issue with the intercom, and the building manager put in zero effort to fix it, even said that since other residents can buzz people in just fine, the problem is with my phone, and ignored my messages after that. However, Cherry Marie Lucaban followed up with me consistently and notified the building manager multiple times. Really appreciate how she stepped in and made sure my problem is resolved.

Imperial Properties has managed our Condo Building since 2012. They have continued to improve the quality of their services and these past 2 years in particular, I am impressed with their professionalism and Team. Imperial takes good and immediate care of our communal property. Imperial will respond quickly in matters of concern and emergencies (ie Condo plumbing issues). Condo board meeting's have run smoothly. Imperial works with us to ensure Condo issues are resolved and provides important information to do so. Thank you!

Fantastic place to live. Our family has had a really positive experience renting with Imperial Properties at the King Edward Apartments. Our unit was clean and new and has been a safe and restful place to live in a great area. Management has been quick to respond to any needs we’ve had. I highly recommend renting with Imperial.

I have to mention one of my recent experience I have difficulty to open and close my front door and I called her 7 pm , her office already close and the weather here -35 even-though she came within 15 minutes and fix the issue really doing great job

We have had a great experience living in our condo complex that is managed by Imperial Properties. One suggestion and change we'd like to see is that the garage where the garbage and recycling is kept is maintained better. More times than not both recycling and garbage bins are overflowing and the garage is filthy.

overall pretty happy with the apartment and the managing company. A few things that should be fixed for the building as a whole and the neighbourhood is still in needs of improvement so there are a couple of location concerns but on the whole it has been a good experience.
