Our foundation repair was a little tricky because we didnt want to tear up the concrete custom patio so they had to work inside a 4-5 tall crawlspace. Appreciate their ingenuity and good communication throughout the job.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from IWP. Ronnie did a thorough inspection and an easy to understand solution. He was courteous and didn't try to sell me more than what I needed. Brogan and Lucas were assigned to do the work on my floors and they were excellent. They explained everything they were doing, worked well together, and were very respectful. IWP installed 6 helical piers under a sunroom at my house. They went above and beyond and had to do more hand digging in order to use their smaller excavator so they did not have to take down any of my fence (which is cemented in). I really appreciated that. The crew of 3 guys worked hard, were all so friendly and caring, and had great communication with me as to what they were doing when and took care to not damage other areas of the yard. Really enjoyed working with them. I can now shut the doors and windows with ease! Looking forward to having that room more sealed up this winter.

IWP repaired a foundation leak at my son's home. It started with Camden Roach who came to the house to evaluate the foundation issue and give us a bid. He was very nice and so helpful as to what was needed. The first day of the work, Brogen called as they were heading to the house, as well as other times during the job. The communication was just excellent.
After completion, it was hard to tell that they had been there. The yard looked amazing and not like I had expected. I'm so impressed with this company and the people who work there!

When we discovered a crack in our garage wall, we knew we had a settling issue with our foundation. I called IWP, and Ronnie came out to discuss our issues and give us an estimate. After we accepted the bid, IWP contacted us very quickly to schedule the work. Quinn and his crew showed up promptly to install the piers and worked hard to complete that part of our project. Unfortunately we had to have our porch steps and sidewalk removed to do the pier work. However, IWP was able to accommodate us in replacing the concrete steps and sidewalk. J worked with us on a couple of changes we wanted to make to the porch steps and we are very pleased with the result. Over all our experience with IWP was excellent. They communicated VERY well with us through the entire process and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work. Additionally I was very happy to support a local small business! Good job guys!

The basement wall in one of our rentals had a dangerous bow inward from years of neglect. Ronnie and Camden were professional and did what was right for me. It turned out the wall needed completely replaced and it looks great and was a very fair price. I did not think I would get the wall completely replaced without an extreme cost but they made it happen. Camden went over and above my expectations and they will be my first call for sure when I need foundation work again.

IWP is a fantastic local company. Several years ago, we called several foundation repair companies to give us a consult on a new home we wanted to buy. No one would give us the time of day except IWP...because there was no money in it! The advice from IWP was gold. Because of the consultation, we completed the purchase of our new home. IWP never got a cent from it.

Several years later (this year), we decided to have IWP install an egress window in our basement. I never called anyone else.

Several things stood out to me:

1. Quality of workmanship. The crew was very thoughtful about how they worked in and around my house. Multiple times, I caught them taking extra time to clean up or do a job the long way because it would render a better result. The egress window is beautiful and we're very pleased.
2. Friendly Service. Everyone I talked to in the office and on the work crew were not only helpful, but they were enjoyable to converse with! There were several occasions that we sat and chatted with work crew. They explained everything thoroughly, showed me my options, and were just pleasant all around.

At the end of the day, the whole process was easy and enjoyable. IWP took care of everything and did a great job doing it.
