Their unique business model provided a great customer experience with the owner bringing the showroom to me. This was very convenient and saved time not having to run around town to look at samples. Jade Floors was easy to work with and professional for a great price. Wade coming to us and measuring for the quote with samples saved time for us. We needed carpet removed on a different day than the new carpet was installed and they accommodated us with no problem. Our installers, Lupe and Francisco, let us know when they were on their way and were a pleasure to work with. Communication was prompt and accurate. We were very pleased!

I seriously considered 2 other local flooring companies before deciding on Jade Floors. While they actually were the cheapest, the price was not the determining factor in going with Jade. Wade was great to deal with in the entire process. He listened to us and guided us in our product selection which ended up exactly what we wanted. They were always very responsive and communication was great. The install team led by Abraham was awesome. They were meticulous and paid attention to details. They cleaned up great each day. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and highly recommend Jade Floors.

From when Wade came out to explain the process to Lupe’s last day working in the home, Jade Floors was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. Second time using Jade. This round was an entire house. Excellent communication, and the installation was absolutely top notch. 3 levels of new carpet, and the installers worked with us to keep the house livable over the 3 days. We had a good experience with Jade Floors! They were quick to respond, always came when they said they would, & were efficient. It was not a small job- we were removing a good deal of tile & carpet all throughout the house, & even though that is never easy, I can’t see it have going better than it did with Jade Floors, & we are very pleased with the results. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future as needs arise! Abraham & his crew are very hard workers & always gave us the courtesy of a text when they were on the way, which was appreciated. I had a luxury vinyl floor installed by Jade Floors and I have to say that it was a great experience. Everything from start to finish. They have excellent customer service, pricing, and I was extremely satisfied and impressed with their quality hard work. My floors turned out great! The staff and installers are so friendly and they really want to make sure the project is completed with the highest standards possible and that you are happy with the results. I had a very minor change and they were here the next day making sure it was the way I wanted. I highly recommend Jades for your flooring needs. They are very professional, have high quality work and outstanding customer service.

Our experience with Jade Floors from start to finish has been nothing short of fantastic. We had basically a short notice carpet emergency and needed a tearout/install to happen within about a 10 day period. Jade came to our rescue!
