We were moving from Palmer down to Homer while I am still in nursing school so couldn't get away to view a house. Jill was amazing and showed it to my daughter and son-in-law for me, they facetimed me so I could see the house! Jill was always amazing at communications, was very honest when answering questions I had, which were a lot since I'd never seen the property. I cannot recommend her enough! We worked with Jill for almost 3 years as we indecisively and intermittently looked at houses from out of state. She was incredibly patient and willing to go to extreme lengths to help us in our search for a house. Jill is respectful, kind and courteous. She listens to the needs of her customers. Jill Gunnerson is one of the best realtors in Alaska! Her knowledge of the Kenai Peninsula, her timely and informative responses, her professionalism and integrity make it easy to trust her. When it was time to list my land, she provided a detailed market analysis of other recently sold properties to demonstrate the best asking price for the lots. That appropriate pricing, combined with beautiful photography and detailed descriptions helped the lots sell faster than I expected and without any problems.
Not only is Jill exceptional at her job, she is also respected in the community as someone who truly seeks to improve the lives of those around her. For these reasons, I will definitely use her again!
