This was an upgrade for my son who has ms. Needed a shower with handicap upgrades. Everyone was great. Took 3 months for installation but was told it might take that long. Great installation. Thanks for the easy process.

they did a great job. I live in a 2nd floor condo, and Brad was nice, and did the job very well. I had to switch from a tub to a shower, and now it looks great!

Not impressed with salesman, but this company did another bathroom for us two years ago and we were happy. Salesman focused on surround and base of shower which was fine. I stressed that we liked the Delta fixtures from the last job and wanted those. No product names or numbers were put on the contract...just a thumbnail pic and "Delta"...not enough info. Installer was great. Took his time which is great..I wanted it perfect. The Delta fixtures are okay...but not what I thought we were getting. Now that I did some research..those older ones were discontinued. It would have been nice to know upfront. I really miss the water temp monitor feature from the old one. The salesman and I discussed ADA concerns if we needed down the road. He assured me the handheld sprayer would reach across to the teak seat....NOT! It barely makes it to the clip and would not be grasped by someone sitting on the seat. The installer stated we would need a longer hose...something i will have to deal.

The associate from JR Bath arrived on time and worked all day converting my bathtub to a walk in shower. When he was done the end result was a beautiful walk in shower. He worked hard to give me this beautiful shower and cleaned up before he left. I am extremely satisfied.

JR BATH was on point from start to finish on my remodle of tub to shower. Their prices were lower then anticipating. They walked me thru on what will happen and stuck to plan. I would recommend this company to everyone.The workers arrived on the time we agreed to. Very nice men. They worked all day and cleaned up the mess very well.The final results were amazing. Changed the look of the whole room. Really beautiful.

Gave me a great payment plan of interest free...Brad and Dave showed up on time ,were respectful ,asked if I had any guestions,asked were I wanted hand rails placed, cleaned up nicely barely stopped in the 8 eight hrs or so to grab a sandwich I made for them and just continued working
It was Great.We got a beautifull walk-in shower

From the salesman who spent hours helping me get out of a mess with another company to the installer who answered all of my questions, showed me how to operate and care for everything and left my home perfectly clean and neat, this has been a wonderful experience. From the beginning, everything was fantastic. The salesman helped me with the options I had. The 2 installers were great. Very friendly and efficient. They took out the old, made necessary adjustments and installed new shower. Left me with a great shower and no clean up.
