It’s so nice not having to go to a large dealership for RV service. First off like most of the other larger dealership service departments, KA being a smaller operation is a very busy place that absolutely requires an appointment just to look at your coach. But they are very thorough with their initial inspection of your coach as well as when they perform their work overall. I dealt with Chris who is a true professional. He’s certainly honest and upfront with whatever is going on with your coach. He is happy to work with his customers giving them ample choices to make necessary decisions. If Chris isn’t able to provide a service, he has plenty of contacts available to point you the right way. My coach will never be serviced at the dealer again now that I have found Chris and KA RV (which is a little hidden gem in our own back yard). My coach, being it is a little older has other maintenance and repairs coming up soon, and KA will be my choice when the time comes. Overall, KA’s prices for parts and labor are fair and in line with industry standards. My experiences are good with these guys. Hope this is a helpful review others.

Professional and honest and have a reasonable wait time. They have helped me with a variety of issues ranging from plumbing, to hydraulics, and body work on my Class A. Camping is much more enjoyable now that I am not constantly worried about things breaking.

These guys are the best RV service center I have ever dealt with. After dealing with my local (closest) dealership and experiencing terrible customer service, finding KA RV repair was a blessing. The workmanship was excellent and very timely. Staff is friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. I dented a body panel on my new Keystone Montana 3761FL 5th wheel RV. KA RV gave me an estimate for the repair and ordered the panel. They did a beautiful job; it looked good as new! They came in exactly on the estimated price. They are great people to work with! I couldn't be happier with the results! If I could I'd give them 6 Stars!

Over the past 3 - 4 years we have had our recreational vehicle repaired on three occasions .... from major to minor repairs. The owner, Andrey, runs a professional operation, providing excellent service at a reasonable price. Their team of dedicated workers with a variety of skills take pride in their work resulting in excellent outcomes for the customer. Chris is a great frontend customer contact. Chris is highly experienced in all aspects of RV repair and demonstrates outstanding customer service. From beginning to end Chris understood what needed to be done, made helpful suggestions and kept us informed on the progress of the repair(s). Chris was also very knowledgable about how best to work with insurance companies on behalf of the customer's best interest.
