GoogleIt’s so nice not having to go to a large dealership for RV service. First off like most of the other larger dealership service departments, KA being a smaller operation is a very busy place that absolutely requires an appointment just to look at your coach. But they are very thorough with their initial inspection of your coach as well as when they perform their work overall. I dealt with Chris who is a true professional. He’s certainly honest and upfront with whatever is going on with your coach. He is happy to work with his customers giving them ample choices to make necessary decisions. If Chris isn’t able to provide a service, he has plenty of contacts available to point you the right way. My coach will never be serviced at the dealer again now that I have found Chris and KA RV (which is a little hidden gem in our own back yard). My coach, being it is a little older has other maintenance and repairs coming up soon, and KA will be my choice when the time comes. Overall, KA’s prices for parts and labor are fair and in line with industry standards. My experiences are good with these guys. Hope this is a helpful review others.
