From the initial meeting with the legal team at Kanter, Bernstein, & Kardon, my father's case was taken seriously while the first attorney we hired set low expectations in terms of a potential settlement because of my father’s advanced age (96 years) at the time of injury. Mr. Kardon successfully navigated us through the legal process providing expert advice and guidance and answering my questions promptly. My interactions with his staff, including the Administrative Assistant and Paralegal, were always handled in a very professional and supportive manner. After numerous calls and rejections from various law firms, pleading with them to accept my case for negligence against a nursing home that cared for mother, Marty Kardon of Kanter, Bernstein & Kardon accepted the challenge. He was very caring, compassionate and empathetic with my family's best interest at heart. Very responsive in communication, always keeping me informed of all aspects the case. My experience with Kanter, Bernstein and Kardon was very satisfying and informative. I was the lead plaintiff representing my state in a class action lawsuit. This was the first and only time that I was involved in any type of legal action. My legal representation, Stewart Bernstein, made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease as to what would transpire. I was continually updated as to the proceedings and advised on what would take place. Their determination in following through with my particular case was extremely rewarding in the end. If in the future, an event arises where I need the best legal team in my corner, or if friends and family need legal counsel, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire Kanter, Bernstein and Kardon once again.
