About a year ago, my daughter was involved in an accident where another driver ran a stop sign and totaled her car. She experienced significant neck and back pain for months, and still deals with some ongoing discomfort that requires continued chiropractic care.

We are very satisfied. To us the aftermath of the wreck is nothing short of overwhelmingly complicated. Melissa and the folks at Kurgis Law are experts at navigating these situations. We received a call from Melissa Hornick sharing with us about a benefit we were eligible to receive and that we would have never known about on our own. You talk about great news…especially when the short term disability has not shown up yet!!! I told my wife when this happened that we were going to need an attorney.
