Our experience with Kevin was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, kind, fun, reachable (that's important), honest, detail oriented... I could go on. Honestly, we had a different realtor before him and the experience was markedly different, she really had no interest in selling our house, it was just her job. Needless to say, the house did not sell. One day were we in our garage cleaning and Kevin stopped by to discuss the situation. I think he was curious that we no longer had a for sale sign up, but that he never saw "Sold" or details on MLS that the house was sold. He took the initiative to stop and talk to us. Normally I don't go for that type of thing, but he didn't make it seem invasive and he wasn't pushy. Kevin really enjoys what he does and it is reflected in how he interacts with people. I highly recommend him if you are trying to sell your home.
