Wonderful and amazing staff. I am so grateful to everyone there- they called an ambulance while my daughter was there having trouble breathing. I got lost following the ambulance to the hospital and called them for directions/confirmation- I was a mess, and they were so calm and helpful. Everyone there from the front desk, nurse and doctor are just wonderful and I am so grateful to them.

The front lady is very nice and helpful 👍 and doctor were good to but my only concern was that they don't take blood test here for kids or do immunizations for toddler Other than that place is nice and clean no rush and very respectful stuff and doctors.😀

We went in and were the only patients in the whole place, which was awesome. Intake was quick and easy, and got seen by the nurse shortly after completion. Testing of my child was easy (although I wasn't happy with delayed testing results when an earlier administration of antibiotics would have been beneficial). Doctor was very kind and helpful, answering my child's questions. I'd go back again.

Not a long wait, everything is nice and clean and new. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We came around 6:30 pm and our pharmacy closed at 7 pm and they sent the prescription to a 24 hours pharmacy so we could get the medicine immediately. It was really a great experience.

We went for the first time because my sons regular doctor was closed and I knew he would need an x ray so it made more sense to go to urgent care anyway. The staff was super friendly and despite my sons screaming and crying they remained calm and positive and helped to calm him down. They were very friendly and we were in and out quickly with what he needed to heal.

We recently brought our baby to Kinder Pediatric Care after suspecting flu symptoms, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their efficient and compassionate care. Despite a wait time of about an hour, the staff kindly allowed us to return home (a huge relief with a fussy baby!) and messaged us promptly when it was our turn. This thoughtful approach minimized stress and made the process so much smoother.
The team diagnosed our little one with Flu B in under 30 minutes—quick and thorough! The doctor prescribed flu medication but also reassured us that recovery would likely happen in a few days, leaving the decision to us without pressure. We appreciated their honesty and respect for our choice as parents.
So far, our baby is on the mend, and we’re thankful for Kinder’s professionalism, clear communication, and caring demeanor. Highly recommend this clinic to any parent seeking trustworthy, patient-centered care! 👏👶

Checked in at 9:45 PM and after an unfortunate positive strep test result, my daughter was given her first round of antibiotics on the spot and we were sent on our way by 10 PM. The check-in process was quick and easy, the nurse was very gentle and sweet and the doctor came in promptly and was knowledgeable and kind! Very impressed with the office and the staff!

I just moved to this town and was looking for an urgent care. I came here because my boys were not feeling well. As I walked in a worker was cleaning and sanitizing which made me extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice and the clinic was clean. This will be my family’s Go-To urgent care from now on!

I usually have good experiences at kinder pediatrics. I was a little bit upset that the doctor told me she was going to send the scripts to the 24 hours CVS pharmacy so that I could get the prescription sooner. Only to find out when I went there the script was never sent to the CVS and rather to my lil boy regular pharmacy that he uses. So I wasted a trip going to the CVS pharmacy for no reason. But besides that no other complaints and this is the first time this has happened to me. So I was a little bit surprised that this happened.

Amazing experience. We were in and out and reached a diagnosis immediately and we were able to get my child’s prescription emailed to the pharmacy so no unnecessary papers to have and possibly lose. The doctor was so good with my son & made us all knowledgeable and comfortable. Definitely will be returning if need be

Very nice place and very friendly staff. The place was clean and each room in the clinic had a city, so it’s very nice for young kids (like my son), because he felt he was in a very beautiful place. It was very clean as well. The nurse and doctor helped us quite quickly with our issue, and the staff was super sweet with our son. The doctor also gave us some nice advice to prevent the problem and she gave a pop-sickle to my son after we were ready :)
