We recently sold our home in east Mesa. Kraig Klaus was our selling agent. We also interacted frequently with Theresa, the transaction manager. Our selling process was very smooth. We contacted Kraig on a Monday afternoon and had a contract with him signed by Tuesday afternoon. Our home was on the market that Friday with an open house scheduled for Saturday. We had a full price offer on our home within 24 hours of the home listing. It was very clear that Kraig had a great understanding of the area and market. Kraig and Theresa were very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. They were responsive and answered any and all of our questions. Kraig and Theresa went above and beyond to update us throughout the entire selling process. The team was all very respectful of my wishes in regards to COVID precautions as well. I would highly recommend the Klaus team.

I had the best experience with the Klaus Team in Sep/Oct when I sold my house. My agent Matt was open, positive, and extremely competent. He on several ocassions gave me the best advice and guided me through this potentially nerve wracking process in a professional manner. I also worked with Christine, who greeted me with a personalized video (it was during the height of the pandemic) and was super responsive, whenever I had miscellaneous questions about the closing process. I interviewed a few brokers/agents before decideing on the Klaus Team and I'm very happy that I made the decision to hire them.

If you're looking for a full service realty company, this is it! Kenny was right on from beginning to the day of the sale. Honesty & integrity every step of the way. He gave great advice all along each step. We followed his advise & it made all the difference. He has great contractors to work with who were real go getters. They were extremely polite, professional, & super talented. You would be hard pressed to find a better team to work with. Very communicative all through out. We knew exactly what was going on the entire move. We had 1 weekend of an open house with 5 offers on Sunday night. Best experience ever!

I called Kenny Klaus Realty because they had helped me about 6 years ago sell a house that I had. I was lucky enough to get a realtor, a friend and someone that almost felt to me like a family member. Rick Collins was the best, he was constantly in touch with me. He was a constant reminder that no question was too large or small, if he didn’t know he honestly got right back to you with the answer. It was one of the best experiences of my life. He continued to help in recommending the best people to help me with painting, or handyman. We were so lucky to have met Debbie with the Klaus team. She was so helpful and attentive right from the start. We approached other real estate agents in the past but we didn’t feel very comfortable with any of them. This was not the case with Debbie. She went above and beyond for us through the whole process. She even came by to check on us after we bought and started moving in. She did way more than we expected and made the whole process easy and very comfortable. Brian and Klaus team was with our family throughout our entire house hunting journey through closing of our final house. We reviewed and looked at over a two dozen plus homes online, visited multiple homes and looked at multiple new builds. This was extremely helpful as we were a family from out of state and Brian welcomed us as we looked for a home here in the cities of our choice. All of our questions, interactions with home builders, negotiating and any concerns were addressed via Brian and his team. This made us feel very comfortable and confident of our decision when we landed on our final house (in less than 3months from the time we started our search to a initial down payment). Brian’s professionalism, patience, his upbeat personality and his wonderful team members (Theresa) communicating via emails, video messaging, and via phone again made this entire process smooth. When we had concerns on wiring process, he helped us through the process. Made a complicated cross-country move to the East PHX Valley and had to stay in a small hotel room from arrival to deal close, which made our transition that much more difficult. Everyone bent over backwards to expedite what became a near-seamless process. This can easily be an in-house, one-stop shop operation if desired, which is what we did - agent, finance and title within feet of each other, just pick a door. All documentation submissions and signings were easily done electronically, then printed. Rick, Steve, Theresa and Heidi [@ satellite office] were just exceptional - accessible, patient and helpful, would absolutely recommend and be a return client.

I worked with Emily and Ty during my home hunting process! I started about 1 and half year ago with Emily. She was amazing and always very helpful in her recommendations with the house; being a first time buyer.. I really enjoyed working with her then she had to take sometime off from work but then Ty took it over. I should mention that it was smooth transition. Everyone at Klaus team I have interacted with are really helpful and proactive and guide you through the entire process. Now finally I am closing my house on 11/21. I had a different realtor for a month and he just sat on his hands and had no showings, so I decided to get me a different realtor who was Kraig Klaus who was wonderful. explained what he was going to do, and did them and helped me with so many things that were not in his job description. I'm a shut in without any means of transportation, he to the reigns and ran. I couldn't ask for more caring person who looked out for me. Fantastic agency to work with. We relocated across the country, and our agent got us in to see nearly 30 homes in 3 days! Our agent was very knowledgeable of the area and really made an effort to find the home with the features and price point we were looking for. Communication and follow-through, which is so essential when you're navigating this process from 2000+ miles away and relying on your agent to act in your behalf, was top-drawer. This continued level of service was present throughout the entire process (and even extended beyond our close).
