We recently sold our home in east Mesa. Kraig Klaus was our selling agent. We also interacted frequently with Theresa, the transaction manager. Our selling process was very smooth. We contacted Kraig on a Monday afternoon and had a contract with him signed by Tuesday afternoon. Our home was on the market that Friday with an open house scheduled for Saturday. We had a full price offer on our home within 24 hours of the home listing. It was very clear that Kraig had a great understanding of the area and market. Kraig and Theresa were very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. They were responsive and answered any and all of our questions. Kraig and Theresa went above and beyond to update us throughout the entire selling process. The team was all very respectful of my wishes in regards to COVID precautions as well. Brian and Klaus team was with our family throughout our entire house hunting journey through closing of our final house. Made a complicated cross-country move to the East PHX Valley and had to stay in a small hotel room from arrival to deal close, which made our transition that much more difficult. Everyone bent over backwards to expedite what became a near-seamless process. This can easily be an in-house, one-stop shop operation if desired, which is what we did - agent, finance and title within feet of each other, just pick a door. All documentation submissions and signings were easily done electronically, then printed. Kraig and all the people we worked with at the Klaus Team were great! We trusted them from the start, especially since our long time friends recommended them and decided to go along with all Kraig’s suggestions to present our home in the best possible light to prospective buyers. While painful at times it really paid off!! We sold our home for considerably more than we thought we would, making the improvements, staging and other costs well worth the costs.

Fantastic agency to work with. We relocated across the country, and our agent got us in to see nearly 30 homes in 3 days! Our agent was very knowledgeable of the area and really made an effort to find the home with the features and price point we were looking for. Communication and follow-through, which is so essential when you're navigating this process from 2000+ miles away and relying on your agent to act in your behalf, was top-drawer. This continued level of service was present throughout the entire process (and even extended beyond our close).
