I was in Kodiak for a work trip and rented my vehicle through Kodiak Car Rentals. I cannot express how I greatly appreciated renting through them. My work project was for a week, which then extended to two weeks. I called their front desk to extend and the process was seamless extending my agreement. My project then extended for another two weeks to which I contacted them again and the process was seamless. I did not have to visit them, everything was done electronically, and I could not have asked for a better travel partner providing immense convenience. I will, for sure, be renting only from Kodiak Car Rentals. The team at this company is great with amazing customer service as well! Kudos to you all :)

The service was great, a little bummed that the Toyota Highlander wasnt available when we rented this time ...it was super nice ...but the Subaru Cross trek was nice also ......Both had more buttons and gadgets than the Batmobile....everyone was friendly and very helpful.....best of all !!!We found that we could return the vehicle back to the airport or to their mid-town Location...which is great if your catching a float plane out for further excursions.... All in All a great experience

Our group had a fantastic experience with the Kodiak Car Rentals. We traveled with a fairly large group in February, which can make logistics tricky, but Colt and the entire staff were outstanding to work with. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, check-in was quick and easy, and everything was organized in a way that made coordinating transportation for our group stress-free. It’s clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make things work. We truly appreciate the effort Colt and the team put in to make our trip easier. Highly recommend them if you need a rental vehicle in Kodiak!

Renting a vehicle from Kodiak Car Rentals is Great! Almost everything can be done online so you dont have to fill out forms at the counter and the vehicles are always clean newer vehicles. I have never had an bad experience with them. I have been renting vehicles from them for the for over 4 years and will continue every trip to Kodiak.

I was only in Kodiak a couple of days, but needed a vehicle to get me around town. The vehicle was all ready to drive away in and it was a newer Rav4. I did not have to wait in line like my fellow passengers were doing waiting for their car. The folks treated me professionally. My music connected flawlessly to the car stereo. That's all I needed to thoroughly enjoy my stay.

The pick up location inside Kodiak airport was super convenient given that it was in the same lobby as baggage claim. They gave me a great 2024 Bronco which was a lovely rental. At drop off I didn’t have to park in the rental car parking lot and could drop it off right in front of the airport (rental lot is a 5 min walk). I mistimed my Kodiak flight and didn’t get to a gas station, even the refill rate was reasonable. Happy to support a local business and you should too!

They were very flexible and responsive to my schedule changes. I planned to arrive at a time then I changed it to earlier; then the airline changed it to later. Once there I extended my trip 3 times and then the leaving flight delayed so I needed the rig for a bit more. They have been very accommodating.

Superior service. There was some inclement weather and they were proactive in asking about the choice of vehicle was appropriate and if studs were needed. My flight was then delayed, Tom called to get things sorted so that all I had to do was pick up the vehicle when I did get in.

Would full heartedly recommend again.
