We had Dimitri come out and take a look at our dishwasher that wasn’t heating. Dimitri diagnosed the problem right away and gave a full explanation.
When he checked on the replacement part we were informed that it may take a week or so to come in.
A couple of hours later Dimitri was walking back through the door with the part in hand.
Excellent efficient service and will definitely be using their services in the future if the need arises.

I own a wholesale bakery in Victoria and have been using LDI for several years now. I have established an excellent relationship with our tech, Ryan. He is extremely knowledgeable and can always be relied upon to fix everything in our bakery. Not to mention he is always able to attend to our equipment issues in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they keep my bakery running without the bureaucracy of other service providers. Highly recommend.

How refreshing is it to get this level of service. From explanations of the scope of work. Keeping in mind what work needs to get done, should get done soon, and what can wait. Excellent communication, and always returning calls promptly. Should an emergency arise, they adjust their schedule to accommodate you. Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and enjoys what he does. Chris offered advice, and if he was unsure about anything ...he would look to find someone at Ldi or elsewhere that would have an answer. I highly recommend Ldi. There are some commercial restaurant repair places that do so so work. This was among my very best repair/trades work I have had done for my family business ithaka.

Brian the Technician and Ashley the office administrator from LDI were absolutely amazing. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable at getting my problem fixed.
I would without a doubt recommend LDI Technical Services to anyone seeking repair to their industrial refrigeration equipment.

Lucas was here to fix our refrigerator and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue and was kind enough to explain what the problem was and how to try to prevent it from happening again.
I appreciated he took the time to give us some andvice and tips.
I was so happy with the service that I actually decided to have them come periodically to do preventative maintenance. If I could I would give this company and this Technician 10 stars out of 10.

LDI is always there when I need them. I had a crunch time install that needed to be done in a 24 hr turn around, the team showed up and stayed till it was done, and were able to do it in the middle of a crazy service. LDI delivers quality service, and is always dependable when you need them!

Greg came this morning right on time and was able to find the problem.

Fantastic people here, my personal star at this place is Corrine, she saved me so much headache and wasted time. I'm a service tech, I needed a temperature control switch for a food warmer in a restaurant I was servicing yesterday, and I was having a hard time getting anywhere with finding the unit I needed. All the suppliers I'd called were unable to help look up the part because I had no model number. I called LDI and Corrine took my call. I sent her a couple not so great pictures of the unit and she said she would see what she could do. I went on for a couple of hours, not expecting to hear back from anyone due to no model number. Corrine calls me back, to my surprise, and says she had located something that should work and quoted me an excellent price on the unit. When I picked up the unit it wasn't only a close match to the one I needed - IT WAS EXACTLY THE MODEL OF SWITCH I WAS REPLACING. I could have almost fallen over, I couldn't believe it. And the other ladies in the office were also great, the one who actually served me was practically jogging around the place to help me get going faster.
If I could give these people 10 STARS I would. Thank You Corrine, you're amazing.

My main piece of equipment broke at my busiest time of year. It isn’t a common piece of equipment and the manufacturers were not able to tell me what the issue could be. Luc came out and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for me within a short time. I am MORE THAN GRATEFUL AND HAPPY with his expertise, professionalism and patience especially because this wasn’t a common piece of equipment nor a known problem with the machine. 5 out of 5 most definitely!!

I have been very impressed with the excellent customer service I have received from LDI as we moved into our new commercial kitchen. The team in the office are very pleasant and efficient in setting up appointment times and the start up technician we met onsite was excellent and very thorough in explaining how to use our new combi oven and blast chiller. I was even more impressed with the excellent and very responsive service I received when having questions about our new dishwasher. I really appreciate LDI's enthusiasm to solve a problem and create a solution. It has been a pleasure working with LDI and I will definitely be recommending them. Thank you!
