I want to thank Crossroads for taking care of my spouse Racky when she was in hospice care at home. The visiting and 24/7 advice nurses provided excellent service, especially Kevin. They made sure the medications and supplies were made available promptly and provided ministers for prayer services. After Racky passed away they contacted me and helped with after care advice and assistance with contacting SSA, credit agencies, etc. Thank you again, Crossroads, for all the help you gave the family during this time of grief.

Our family is so beyond grateful for A-Plus Hospice, we couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of our mother. We were nervous to put her on hospice, but once she became bed bound, we realized it was time. Our hospice aide Christina and nurse Kristi are a Godsend, they have the most loving kind hearts, and they treat our mom like their own. We instantly felt a connection. Christina comes every morning and changes her, gives her bed baths, changes sheets, makes her coffee and tidies up her room. They both kiss her goodbye every time they visit and tell her they love her. They are so patient and gentle with our mom. They also comfort me when I’m having a bad day and listen to all my personal issues. Kristi is a text or call away if we have any questions or concerns. She always keeps me informed of any new medications or if any issues arise.
Our other hospice aide Lilli comes in the evening, she is so funny and is always joking around with my mom, always making her laugh. I love that!
And then there is Tiffani, the chaplain, she is amazing, and we formed a connection instantly. She is so easy to talk to and makes me feel comforted.
Dr. Holland and social worker Carla have amazing hearts and take the time to listen to any concerns we have. They are all very compassionate people.
I love the relationships I have formed with these ladies, so blessed!!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you ALL for being so amazing and taking care of our mother.

My mother recently underwent a Knee replacement surgery, which was a long time coming. Crossroads was sent to us and what a blessing it was. From the Home care to Physical Therapy, was nothing short of amazing.

(PT)I would like to thank Jay as well as Sam. We were told that the road for recovery would be long, but thanks to Jay, my mother was up and moving well sooner than expected. Without Sam and Jay we don't believe this would have happened so soon. they took extreme precaution and patience, with attention to detail. Thank you both again for everything. Highly recommended!

(Home Care)-Angela was nothing short of amazing, very understanding and caring. She took her time to make sure my mother was comfortable and happy after each visit. A great conversationalist and someone who is passionate about what she does, I definitely recommend her. Thank you again.

A Plus took care of my dad through their home health services and later hospice. It is hard to put into words of my deep gratitude for A Plus. They were diligent, reliable and they showed up for my dad and family. His nurse, Steffani, was everything! She had the hard conversations with my dad, and was so loving. It’s so hard to appropriately thank her. And to Bethany, who assisted with helping my dad bathe and change, she was diligent and educated us on how best to help him. If my dad were here he would tell these wonderful ladies thank you for their kind service and care for him. Love you A Plus. We were always in good hands with you.

We were extremely fortunate to have Christie and Saraya ( in particular ) caring for my mother in her last days. They were very caring and helpful to her and us. They made her last days as comfortable as they could be. We are very grateful to them.

Hospice workers are incredible beings, and Los Robles has been ammmmaaaazing! Words can’t express how grateful my family is for Los Robles Hospice. My 92 yo mom, 95 yo dad (on oxygen) and sister have received excellent care from everybody (coordinator of care, medical equipment, social worker, nurses, home health aide, spiritual counselor) and we have called them around the clock. Los Robles has proven over and over again that they are here for the whole family. We have truly been in a crisis for a few months and they have been there for us in all senses, they found my parents a beautiful home, and they have done everything with the family living out of state. Los Robles staff works hard, truly listens, shows tremendous compassion, and cares about us. When our services end, we will miss them in our lives. So many people to express our continued gratitude for - Christina, Katelyn, Dana, Kathleen, Dana, Veronica, Ashley, Jeric, Yurica and I am sure I am missing many more. Evan Marx from Crossroads Healthcare helped me with in-home PT for the first two weeks post hip replacement surgery. Evan was professional, encouraging and patient. He explained the purpose for every exercise which helped me a lot. Now I will be transitioning to outside PT and I am very prepared for that next step thanks to Even Marx and Crossroads!

My experience with Los Robles Healthcare at Home was outstanding! I received PT and Nursing services for care after my hip replacement surgery. Danielle was a life saver. She was so sweet and professional and really took the time to make sure my dad understood her and was very gentle with the catheter placement. What started out as a really bad day with Los Robles home health care turned around with this sweet nurse.

Firstly, this review is way overdue. Nevertheless, our appreciation for the professionalism and dedication of my husband (Ed Clements') wound care nurse, Jan Blouin, is everlasting. My husband has deep wounds on both his legs from having poor blood circulation brought upon his congestive heart failure. On March 3, 2023, he had a cardiac arrest, spent one month in the hospital, and one week at a rehabilitation facility before being discharged. Jan took care of my husband's leg wounds at our home, three (3) days/week, from April through June 2023. During those times, Jan not only displayed her knowledge and expertise in wound care, but also showed genuine care and compassion. Thus, I gave her the moniker "Lovenia" - she does her work with LOVE! True to her profession as a nurse, Lovenia, (Jan), is very compassionate to her patient(s). I personally witnessed this and can attest to it. To Nurse Jan Blouin, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. You left us with a lasting impression on what a good quality care is about. My husband is now doing great and his leg wounds fully healed.

Anna Jangoian, RN has been a blessing in many ways. Mom had to come home after being in facilities for the last 2 years. Her dementia made it impossible to have her at home without being physically abused because of the fear and anger she was feeling. She was on medication but needed to stay in a more controlled environment. Through that she broke her hip and had to go into a rehab facility. Upon bringing her home I was honestly terrified and thought that I could not do this on my own, which I can’t. Thankfully we were able to get on Hospice comfort care. It was much different 12 1/2 years ago when I needed help with my late husband. I would’ve loved to have this kind of service with him and with my dad because the home health care wasn’t working well for us last year and then he passed.

Even though I’ve had experience in caring for people I love, I was very concerned about caring for someone like my mom. I would go in the facilities and feed her and take care of her, but bringing her home 24/7 was scary. Anna has been over seeing moms medicine and supplements as well as her care, and we’ve made little changes along the way. It’s been really difficult with her aggressive behavior but we were able to manage her medicine so she could still have time with the family without needing to drug her into sleep. I know a lot of people do that and that’s not what I wanted for my mom. She hasn’t been aggressive to me for 3 days after 3 1/2 weeks of not having a single day where she could be kind to me, my mother of course. With these little tweaks and changes I’ve had three days of wonderful time with my mom and she’s not trying to kill me. I’ve been through a lot this is been the hardest thing I e gone through. Anna‘s help, focus, guidance, as well as her kind care has made a good difference in our home life.

I am impressed with everybody on the team they’ve given me. My only regret is that my dad didn’t get to meet this team of helpers when he was going through his battle last year.

I have been searching for email addesses of the supervisory team at Crossroads to send our gratitude and have taken to this site to say, our family is eternally grateful for the care, attention, diligence and support of our home health team Serge RN and Jason PT. Our father has been the beneficiary of the medical expertise of Serge, RN above and beyond our expectations. Recently our father had a fall resulting in hospitalization. We could not be more satisfied with all these extradordinary efforts to ensure the health and safety of our father. Jason supports and encourages his rehabilitation with his mental health in consideration. As soon as our father was released from the hospital we were thrilled to know these amazing professionals would be there. THANK YOU SERGE & JASON!! I had excellent care from my PT, Jason!! He showed real concern for me and my recovery!! I would recommend any time! The head nurse that came to visit at beginning was caring and kind! The nurse who came to check my vitals was fine but was just repeating what Jason did, usually the same day, I felt that was overkill so I canceled her!

A Plus came in when I was completely overwhelmed. They were patient with me and so caring and compassionate as they helped my dad. The timing wasn’t great (during the holidays) but they were there for us when we really needed them. So many team members helped us over just a couple weeks. They were all amazing!

Everyone was a pleasure to work with, very patient and friendly. My only concern was that therapist need make an appointment at minimum the day before a visit, or since they come weekly, let me know a week in advance if possible. It was ok if they had to reschedule time because I already knew they were scheduled for some time that day. I didn't like when visit was scheduled same day.

Husband recently had open heart surgery at Stanford. On day he was discharged we didn't get home until 7 pm. The home health nurse, Donna, was waiting for us. She immediately assisted in getting my husband comfortable and starting his IV antibiotics. She is patient, kind, professional, knows what she's doing.
My husband has also received physical therapy and occupational therapy. Therapists have been very helpful in increasing my husband's strength and providing education to him. They are friendly, professional, I very much recommend this home health agency.
