I have had Mainstreet Lawyers Insurance as my malpractice coverage for my office. The Service is exceptional. They know the insurance business. They are proactive about addressing my needs, and treat me with kindness, courtesy and respect. I enjoy working with them. Other firms bid on my business, and with many, I felt like my insurance needs were treated as being taken for granted. In Ohio, we have OBLIC - they are HUUUUGE-- and when they called me- I felt like they could care less about obtaining my account. They wanted my premium-- but they didn't care to know much of anything about my practice. Ultimately, I chose Mainstreet-- a great fit-- and I'm happy to say I've stayed. All the other emails- asking to quote me a rate-- they just don't get it. Mainstreet understands that what I want- is coverage. Peace of Mind. The fact that they give me all this, a low deductible, and do it for less than my local carrier-- and add great personal service? Mainstreet, not only do you have my business-- you've EARNED my business. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been a customer of a professional liability insurance provider in N.C. for more than twenty years. Each year I would renew without giving it a second thought; I never compared coverages, customer ratings, and/or premium amounts. This year I decided to look elsewhere to see what the marketplace had to offer. I'm pleased that I did.
My first email inquiry to Mainstreet Legal was met with a near simultaneous response and the beginning of a one-on-one dialogue with one of their representatives, James Tracy. He did some preliminary work on my behalf (i.e., looking at options), provided me with choices, and then was available to discuss those options. When I completed the application process, Mr. Tracy emailed immediately to confirm receipt of the faxed material and that it was submitted accurately.
Over the course of a holiday week, Mr. Tracy reached out to let me know that all was being processed...an act of exemplary customer service for which I am grateful.
My final (new) coverage exceeds my previous policy limits by nearly a factor of 2 and my premium is 25% less.
I appreciate vendors and service providers who treat my business as a relationship and not a transaction. In fact, that mindset is what drives my loyalty and advocacy. Given my experience to date, Mainstreet Legal has earned not only my business but, as evidenced by this review, my personal and professional respect and gratitude.

I found Mainstreet through a Google search. After reading other reviews and checking out their website, I thought I'd give them a call and give them a shot at getting my business. Glad I did. Kyle is very accessible, answers all my questions, and is obviously knowledgeable. When my legal malpractice insurance was up for renewal, he found me a better option.
