Work was completed to specifications. Price was pretty good, and McBride was able to provide current up to date insurance.

Initial contract was for partial siding repair, installation of crawl space door, and gutter install. Additional optional repairs were suggested due to hidden damages not repaired by the previous owner, those prices were acceptable as well. Additional unrelated minor fix to hole in siding near roof was completed free of charge.

Contractors completed project in approximately one week. They generally stopped work at 5pm everyday. Contractors made a point to regularly inform me of progress of install. No mess left behind and polite.

My partner is experienced in projects like this an mentioned that the work was satisfactory. Will definitely return for future projects.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job correcting a problem with an expanded garage and garage door addition that was created by a prior contractor. We were is a time crunch and Jim went above and beyond to get this work completed correctly. He was responsive and kept us updated on steps and progress. Jim and his crew were very professional. Jim made no empty promises but instead was realistic and honest, qualities I find are rare in the remodeling business. Had a complicated insurance claim to repair all the damages plus the upgrades we requested. Jim handled it with no issues or complications and worked with us to keep everything within our budget. Brett and his crew, who handled most of the repairs and remodel, were very professional, cleaned up daily, did a fantastic job, and kept us informed on any issues or redesign items during the process. This contractor performed very good work in remodeling our house. Services included painting the whole interior, converting the master bathtub into a bigger shower space, replacing bathroom flooring with new tile, opening up master bedroom and closet, creating closet and entrance door to office, installing built-in shelving in living room and kitchen nook, enclosing porch with new windows and flooring, and adding flagstone to outdoor walkway .

Comments:
- one-stop shopping; can do just about anything
- great end-product
- use top-notch specialists/subcontractors - including tile guy, shelf builder, plumbers, glass man, and flagstone installer.
- we had some issues with the painter, but they worked hard to resolve things to our satisfaction.
- very experienced at getting necessary approvals from HOA, etc.
- occasionally seemed disorganized and had trouble attending to smaller details - but some of this could be explained by COVID-19 challenges (affecting material supply and, occasionally, worker attendance), as well as the far-flung nature of our project.
- not the cheapest, but "you get what you pay for". We were very satisfied with the final results.
