Third time I rented a mobility scooter, first time with Mobility Plus. Unlike my previous experiences, they took the time to go over the features to make sure I was comfortable with this model. I think I sent an unfinished review by accident. We had the best experience with Brent and Sharlene at your store. We went to the store in Green Valley but wouldn't go back if the scooter was free because of a foul moutheded individual in the back of the store. Brent took the time to explain all of his machines and the advantages of each. He even called the next day to see how we were doing. Keep these two employees. They don't get any better. I have been searching my area for an electric lightweight folding wheelchair for months. I also searched online, but was afraid to buy in case the seat did not fit me. At Mobility Plus I was shown two chairs that met my criteria, and chose the lighter one, at 35#, in about 5 minutes, after trying it out. I love it! I can go to big stores and get around, now!

I had shoulder replacement surgery Aug 2024. My Dr told me I would have to spend 2 months in a recliner chair 24/7 sleep too. So I thought I better spend the $$$ and get a good one. Best decision I ever made!!! I do not regret for one second purchasing the expensive lift chair (don't get the cheap model) if you have surgery. Five months later I am still sleeping in this wonderful chair. I've never had a back ache a butt ache or any discomfort of any kind. Mobility Plus was the greatest place to buy this chair. When I paid for the chair we arranged that they would deliver and set up it up for me the day I was having surgery. When I came home from hospital the chair was exactly where I specified set up and ready to go!!!! Very seldom do things go the way I specify for delivery and set up. But in this very important time Mobility Plus delivered a perfect experience for me. I can't say enough good things about them, their very professional service and the chair they provided. Five star experience for me from a five star company!!!! It's refreshing to know some company still puts high value on customer satisfaction.

My Medicare “pride“ chair broke right before Christmas, and mobility plus fortunately had one more chair left, and they got it out to me and it saved the day. The technician was exceedingly helpful and really acted above and beyond the call of duty and helping me understand the operation of the chair and the set up. I am a first time buyer of a personal mobility device, and Sharice made it easy from day 1. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable about the different products to ensure that whichever product I selected, it would meet my needs, and I felt comfortable using it.
Inventory was such that I had several choices, and they even ordered another model so that I could compare prior to making my final decision. They also were flexible and worked with me on the financial payment.

I had to fix a break on my wheelchair and though they didn't have the part they helped me find it and told me to bring it to them and they'd put it on. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Now I know what they offer, and what area they cover, to get me OUT and about and visiting the places I've wanted to go to for awhile, but until I get my knee replacement, it'll be difficult to get around. Previously I had looked at a different scooter store and RJ's product knowledge and sales skills far exceeded that of the other sales person in the first store I went to.

In spite of the fact that obvious construction to enhance the showroom was going on, everything stopped so that we could explore our options for a power wheelchair. My wife's scooter needed repair, so we rented from Mobility Plus Tucson while they checked it out. Pride quoted several hundred dollars for a part, but MPT found the problem was a bent pin in the electrical connector and were able to fix for under $100. Great, friendly, and honest people, who fixed the problem and didn't rip us off, which is refreshing to find nowadays.

Got right to work placing the shower bars where he thought they would be the best, and asked me what I thought and I agreed and he went to work. Gary was professional and clean.
