Absolutely had to write about Hayden!!! We finally got up to our unit with a rented van to pick up our new outside couch. When we got there we realized no one was in the office because it was Sunday. We did not know our storage unit number or passcode which we needed to get into the building! We panicked thinking we had wasted all this time driving way up there. There were a lot of problems when the new owners took over. Construction of a security fence, interoir construction, etc., but that all seems behind us now. The security gate malfunctions a lot. Why have a gate if it's stuck open half the time?The lighting inside our the building is poor. The end door lock doesn't work so we have to walk around the building to enter by a door that is never locked. Some security.
