I visited my locker looking for something, found it and was checking in with front desk. A few inquiries made and Jeff, the counter person, showed valuable customer service skills by providing direct and concise explanations, gave clear details about different types and sizes of lockers including fees. Worked with me in finding the right solutions to finding the storage for my needs. Will definitely keep using and recommend to family and friends.

I went with My Storage because they have an irresistible promotion: use of their moving truck for three hours for no charge when you rent with them. Was super chuffed for the convenience. So far so good. The staff are very efficient: Austin in particular, and Nelle at their head office.

Just rented a unit at the end of November. Very clean, well maintained, and managed facility.

I'd like to say that the site manager in Sutton, young Mike, great guy, is amazing to deal with and has helped me tremendously with my storage needs. He even helped me stand my bike up one day when I was struggling with it! Great customer service 👍

Been a customer for about 2 yrs now and so far my experience at MyStorage has been great. Stephanie & Morgan have been very helpful and are extremely nice. I can definitely recommend this storage, the customer service is really good and the pricing is fair. They have outdoor and indoor units which is very helpful depending on what you need. Overall, good experience.

Absolutely had to write about Hayden!!! We finally got up to our unit with a rented van to pick up our new outside couch. When we got there we realized no one was in the office because it was Sunday. We did not know our storage unit number or passcode which we needed to get into the building! We panicked thinking we had wasted all this time driving way up there. We called MY STORAGE and friendly, helpful Hayden talked us through the process and checked our info to give us our number and passcode. She saved the day!!!! And she was so damn nice! There were a lot of problems when the new owners took over. Construction of a security fence, interoir construction, etc., but that all seems behind us now. The security gate malfunctions a lot. Why have a gate if it's stuck open half the time?The lighting inside our the building is poor. The end door lock doesn't work so we have to walk around the building to enter by a door that is never locked. Some security.

It has to be about two years now, that I've been using the services of My Storage. Right from the outset, the personnel have been courteous and helpful as well as professional. The unit that I occupy had been cleaned prior to my taking possession and any questions that I've had along the way have always been dealt with. So, all-in-all, I'm more than satisified with both the personnel and the site of My Storage.
