The branch is wonderful, clean and organized. Dr. Tang is very responsible and trustworthy, she listens to me, and always communicate with me about what she's doing and why, and she never over-exam or over-charge. Dr. Tang was very thorough, yet efficient. Nurse at the front desk was nice. Nurse who took my stats was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable waiting area and reception. Went in for an 11am appointment, was seen at 11:20; not bad at all.

Yesterday, I was on my "deathbed" and decided to go for a cure or to be put out of my misery. I live here at the FMC building and saw myDocUC close, so I went. As soon as I arrived, everyone was super nice. The paperwork was short, wait was 3-5 minutes and was zipped into the back. After vitals and quick intake, by Martha, my PA-C Binju examined me, determined a diagnosis, prescription and best part, the medicine I needed was in-house and saved me a trip and wait at the pharmacy. Couldn't be any happier and 20 hours later, I can move and off the "deathbed". Highly recommend myDoc UC, they have gained a new patient and fan.

I had a terrible ear infection, I knew I needed to see a doctor but I don't have a primary xaca doctor and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of the ER, and emergency room visits usually turn into an all-day affair. I had passed this place a few times just walking through the neighborhood, and I thought maybe it would be a good alternative.
I'm glad I went. It makes me regret wasting so many hours in the ER for things like abcesses or strep throat. They took my Medicaid insurance and got me in and out quickly, and the nurse practitioner who saw me was really nice.

I had made an "appointment" online, but there was still a good amount of wait time once I arrived at the office. The office was quite busy and there was only one person at reception who was handling multiple tasks at once. I do feel that I received adequate care while I was there.

The receptionist and attending nurses were all very kind and professional. It was a very short wait and once I was attended to, very thorough. I booked online for a nearby Vybe clinic first, but received an attitude from their receptionist about my insurance regardless that their website says they accept it. So, I walked over to myDoc. No attitude at all, very helpful. I only wish I had gone here first. I can't recommend them enough and will use them in the future for any urgent care needs. Thank you to all who assisted me. Medical competence is first priority of course, but bed side manner is also important, especially when feeling sick, and myDoc delivers excellently!

The staff are absolutely wonderful. I came really late because my mother had an splinter that was bothering her for a while now. The medical assistant came in and it took no more than 2 minutes to get it out for her. Not only were they swift, they also treated my mother with empathy and care. I will definitely be coming back in case anything ever pops up.

They took such amazing care of me. The last time I was sick I went to Vybe on Chestnut, which was a complete joke. This place blows them out of the water! They were so kind, compassionate, and professional and I would never hesitate to go here again in the future. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I ended up spending less than what I thought I was going to. I am so grateful for the staff here and highly, Recommend this place!
