I placed a large order 3 days ago and transferred the money to their new email address. The auto transfer was deposited to Client B14 with their business account number and new email. Now they say they didn’t get it! I contacted Interac and they said they have to ask their bank about this, as their account could be compromised. I sent numerous emails and screenshots of the transaction! Now I am contacting WooCommerce, their e-commerce platform about this! I am out $1500! ****** I did receive the order June 14th, 3 weeks after I paid for it! I told them they have to change the way they receive their payments, so customers aren’t left worrying about what happened to their money! ****** UPDATE!! I received everything and an apology. I have ordered again, in October and everything went smoothly! New management!

At my first order, witch was just left out of my mail box and without ringing my bell of a 12 story building.
My parcel was taken by somebody. I would have taken it add brought to the recipient.
Well not everyone tries to do the right thing.
Contated Native Smoke and recalled of my parcel.
That same day a replacement was sent without questions.
I also called the shipping cie and ask them to ring me and ill be down within 60 seconds it worked.

Recently I switched my order from Canada Goose Lights to Canadian Ultra Lights and these are much better made. I found several times that the Canada Goose brand on more than one occasion the filters fell off.
