I started seeing Dr. Anderson four or five years ago after recovering from two mysterious strokes in my early 30s. I was looking for natural ways to improve my health and deal with some issues. I value Natural Paths to Wellness because the guidance I’ve received has truly made a positive impact. My energy has improved and become more much more consistent. My mood is more stable and I feel less anxious. My vision has even improved. Dr. Anderson listens to your concerns and she explains her recommendations.

I've been in chronic pain for at least 15 years and have seen every specialist and did every test, but they just told me that I shouldn't be in pain or I'm too young to be in pain. I was SO happy to have found Dr. Z! She took the time to listen to my history of pain, made suggestions that ACTUALLY improved my pain. Dr. Z has done more to help decrease my pain than anyone else in the past 15 years - I can't thank her enough!

Since seeing Dr. Jessica, I have stopped my twice per year bronchial infections and have much more energy. The office staff is so nice and efficient, and the office is both beautiful and relaxing. My wife has had Dr. Jessica help her with balancing her hormones and she is sleeping much better. We both strongly recommend this office for any issues you may have.

Dr. Anderson has discovered some treatable abnormalities that have gone uncovered and untreated for years. I am feeling so much better after starting recommended supplements. Surprisingly, most of the supplements are of lower cost from Natural Paths, than from other sources.

I am a patient of Dr. Zikmund. I have been having chronic issues with anxiety and depression as well as various other issues. After seeing Dr. Zikmund and following the program she setup for me, my quality of life has improved significantly! Money well spent! I should have come to see Dr. Z sooner. 90% of my symptoms have been alleviated. I was concerned Natural Paths to Wellness would not be able to help or it would take a long time to see how the treatment would affect me, but Dr. Zikmund knocked it out of the park! My anxiety has almost completely subsided within the first day of the treatment! I finally am able to enjoy my life instead of constantly worrying and just getting by. I know others might not have the same dramatic results I had, but I'm glad I gave naturopathic medicine a shot. These doctors really know what they are doing. They will bend over backwards to help you. Highly recommend.
