This is the best qualified law office for the complicated elder law case thatI had. They are far better than other firms I looked at and less expensive too. Once I decided on Olsen Law I found them treat me like family. I had four consultations of an hour and a half at no charge for any of them. I was given a flat rete fee with no other charges. The other law firms had charges for any little thing they did or changed. I also needed a special needs trust done along with another will and a power of attorney. They sent me drafts right away to examine in case I wanted to make any changes. Everyone at Olsen Law is very professional and they are not finished with your needs until you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for all of your needs. I will be a client for life.

The professionals at Olsen Law Group have proved to be very, very knowledgeable of Elder Law. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and advise one to visit with them even if you dont think you need them. We went in for a review of our plan, and they we able to quickly show us how we were not taking full advantage of all of the laws that could help people in our circumstance of seeking Medicaid for a parent, with a community spouse who was not going on Medicaid. We thought we knew the law, we did not. Olsen Law Group does. In addition to their knowledge base, their customer service, and meeting every deadline they themselves set, was absolutely professional. The whole team works together to help their clients in every way they can.

Holly is outstanding!! She is knowledgeable, so helpful and answered all our questions. She is a wife and mother as well. If you are a woman who needs this service but are hesitant to meet with an Attorney I feel she will make you feel welcome and comfortable.
My two sons want her to take care of their Wills as well.
Everyone we met at their office was friendly and helpful.
When it was time to sign the paperwork it was fast and easy. I received a notebook with a thumb drive and my Will. I did not pay for anything until I received that notebook and we had reviewed everything thoroughly.

Consider Tom Olsen’s group with your legal questions, they get the job done!
Many years ago, Tom helped us write our wills. A couple of weeks ago, he helped to update our 25 yr old first wills. This was concluded today, with the amazing help of Mari Aguilar, who explained all portions of our wills to us. She answered our several questions, reassuring us at every step. Tom suggested giving thought to the long term care plan we’ve been paying into, with another possible route, available in Florida. We will answer Tom’s questions, regarding the size of our estate and get back to him in that regard.
