Great experience. No hoses running through an open door, very little disruption to household. Connor was amazing. I had a very bad (and old) pet-stained carpet.

I sent thru my order online. I received an email shortly after confirming. Then Connor contacted me by text the night before to confirm. He also texted when he was on his way. Conner was very courteous in how he texted. For example, I texted him the gate code and he texted me back thank you. It’s the little things that make my day! My appointment was at 9 am and he was here on time! Conner was professional, articulate and thorough. He worked so diligently and he was so clean. It took about an hour for my carpets to dry. Paid with credit card. The whole process was seamless! More companies need to model their approach and efficiency. We will be using them again!!

I had spilt some latex paint on the carpet as I was prepping it for a renter. I called that afternoon and a very nice employee, Sage, was able to come the very next morning. He got the paint up without the extra kit that could have been used and cost more. He was able to find our property, which isn't always easy, without a problem. Sage also finished in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using this company again (hopefully not for spilt paint 😁)! Sage was professional, friendly and took a huge stressor off of me with him and his company's services. It was so cost effective and I gave him a tip for all the aforementioned effort!! I literally called last night to see if they had anything available today (not thinking they really would) and without hesitation, they said that they’d check to see if any adjustments could be made to their schedule just to accommodate my request.
Within five minutes, they text back saying that they would have someone out the following morning at 9am!
I was more than pleasantly surprised to say the least!
The pricing was very reasonable and very clear, no silly “extras” to consider.
They use what they need to get the job right without charging you the “extra” effort.
Connor even reaccessed the furniture pieces when he got here and the price ended up being lower than originally quoted!
Conner was very nice, went above and beyond, and did a great job!
Side Note:
On his way to our house, he text me informing me that he had to stop and get gas and even asked me if I wanted anything from the gas station! What a sweet guy!
