The staff was amazing from the front desk to the nurse practitioner I seen. They accept my insurance information, and the nurse practitioner did a scope on me which I was super nervous about and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and cared for me beautifully. Highly recommend

Everyone was Great to work with! Dr. Naomi Gregory was great as were her Tech who helped me first. And then I needed Hearing Aids and Elena was Awesome as well! She helped me with Hearing Aids after performing a Hearing Test. And got me back in the same day to get my hearing aids and for how much I have been missing is a Huge Difference for being 61 Years old! Thank you to everyone there I will be back every 6 months to have my ears checked as we discussed. Thank you so very much!

This facility and its audiologist and coordinator were exceedingly professional and helpful. The doctor clearly explained my hearing issues and treatment options. She tested my hearing with a pair of hearing aid, duly programmed after seeing my previously taken audiogram. I am yet to finalize my insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses for the offered hearing aid models.
