Can I just say what a great experience. From the staff keeping me informed. Getting me in for my surgery as soon as they had an opening. Had mohs surgery on my nose Tuesday . Then had plastic surgery that Thursday. The procedure was great. She explained everything she was doing. From start to finish. Had lovely conversation during the procedure. Highly recommended for sure

I called the office with a concern and was able to be seen the same day. The ladies at the front desk with very kind and made the check in incredibly easy. I was seen without waiting a long time and the doctor I saw listened to my concerns and did a thorough examination explaining everything along the way! The appointment was timely and staff friendly and efficient. Dr. Luke Kim listened to my reviewed my history and discussed the reason I was seeing him again. Immediate problem was with my left ear (blockage of wax) was resolved; and, the secondary reason for appointment was to schedule a hearing check-up, which I requested since my last hearing assessment was done a little less than 3 years ago. Would recommend this ENT office if asked by friends or family.

Becker ENT was fantastic. I believed, for years, that I had hay fever but guess what? I did not! I was shocked. Dr.Elias Akl was wonderful, and explained so much to me about allergies. Turns out I am allergic to a specific mold - which I would have never known without visiting. The staff here is outstanding as well. And there is one blood test they asked me to do, due to a specific swelling issue so - I want to recommend this team. They are thorough, easy to understand, and very helpful!
