Very professional and friendly staff starting at the front desk. I cannot say wnough abput Robert Hughes. Compassionate, caring, funny, knowledgeable, friendly. Dr. Becker is very thorough & methodical. We have seen him a few times & he is very knowledgeable in determining the cause & coming up with a treatment plan for regurgitation, itchy throat & coughing. He followed up with more extensive testing to rule out other possible causes.

This was my first visit to the practice, and it was an outstanding experience. From the front desk assistant who checked me in, to my consult with Robert Hughes, PA, and Dr. Rosenstein, everyone was pleasant, professional and caring. Robert and Dr. Rosenstein made me feel very comfortable and were patient in answering my questions and explaining what the exam would entail. I actually look forward to my follow -up visit in six weeks. Thanks to everyone I encountered during my visit.

I am a Becker patient for many years due to severe hearing loss. Regarding most recent 2/10/26 visit began with: My ENT visit in Mt Laurel with nurse practitioner who was amazing as I felt totally comfortable talking and receiving treatment from nurse practitioner for needed medical intervention. My recommended follow up, so easily scheduled with audiologist Dr Karen McQuaide at the Haddonfield-Berlin Rd location was easy due to the receptionists understanding and ability to get me in quickly/per Mt Laurel ENT professional recommendation. I had never been to the Haddonfield-Berlin Rd location and recommend this location. The staff was friendly; those I heard answer the phone were so polite, and the waiting area was awesome--large, roomy. Dr McQuaide presented options and I am comfortable in how I will continue with Becker ENT services.
