I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paris Atabek. I have had hearing loss my entire life, and it is a more complex type that was never clearly explained to me by previous audiologists. Over the past 27 years, I have tried hearing aids multiple times, but I was never truly educated on my options or guided through what would actually work best for me. It always felt like I was being given the same solution as everyone else without consideration for my individual needs.

Working with Dr. Atabek was a completely different experience. She took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain my hearing loss in a way that finally made sense. She walked me through different hearing aid options and truly advocated for what would be best for me, not just what is easiest or most common.

What stood out even more was her level of care and dedication. She scheduled back to back appointments within a day, came in early on a day she was not even scheduled, and even drove to pick up my hearing aids herself to make sure everything was ready in time. She then spent well over an hour with me making sure I understood how to use them and even took the time to teach my husband as well. I am due with a baby any day, and she made it a priority to ensure I felt confident and prepared before this huge life change.

As a speech language pathologist, I have worked alongside many professionals in this field, and I can confidently say that having an audiologist like Dr. Atabek is incredibly rare. She is not only exceptional at what she does clinically, but she is also an incredibly compassionate and dedicated human being.

If you are looking for an audiologist who truly listens, educates, and goes above and beyond for her patients, I would recommend Dr. Atabek without hesitation.

I was very pleased with my experience at Becker ENT & Allergy, from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy to do online, and you can choose to fill out the paperwork in advance. The office also validates parking for patients (up to 3 hours), which is a huge convenience in the city.

The best part was actually working with Robert Hughes, PA-C. He was truly such a delight! Hes extremely personable and funny, but still very thorough and professional. During a procedure, he was very clear about every step of the process so I was in the loop the whole time. He took the time to go over next steps/follow-up, making sure I knew what to expect over the next month or so. I seriously cant recommend him enough!

Everyone was Great to work with! Dr. Naomi Gregory was great as were her Tech who helped me first. And then I needed Hearing Aids and Elena was Awesome as well! She helped me with Hearing Aids after performing a Hearing Test. And got me back in the same day to get my hearing aids and for how much I have been missing is a Huge Difference for being 61 Years old! Thank you to everyone there I will be back every 6 months to have my ears checked as we discussed. Thank you so very much!
