On one of the hottest days he showed up on time, easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I appreciated that he did not try to upscale service. We will be replacing our system soon and will probably use Pioneer.

I had a Whirlpool washer that stopped working. I called Pioneer Appliances Repair and they were prompt and showed up with in the hour they said keeping me informed by
Phone when coming to the house.

The best part: the service call change was far below others. The cost of the replacement part significantly lower.

Truly an HONEST company.

This company is responsible when there was a problem. They came out that day. The young repair man was as courteous as could be diagnosed the problem. The father went all the way up to Ocala to get the part to fix the very next day very dedicated. I highly recommend them.

Justin came out within 2 hours of me calling. Checked on availability of the part I needed and said it was in stock. He said it would return the next day to replace the new board and repair the ductwork that had been damaged by critters. He called the next day to be sure I was home because he was coming to complete the work. He completed everything in a friendly and professional manner.

I miss good old fashioned business ethics where you can call a company and trust them with not only having the expertise to take care of your problem, but to also give you an honest price on their work. Pioneer AC is a family-owned company I can trust. When my older AC was no longer blowing cold air, I called a local AC company and the only option they gave me was to replace the unit for $10,000. Pioneer came in a repaired the unit for $315!! I was ecstatic. They are so down-to-earth, honest, and not out to get as much out of you as other companies do. I highly recommend Pioneer AC.

Pioneer repaired our ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator. Repairman was on time, very knowledgeable and efficient. Had to move refrigerator out to work on water lines and back in after repair. Problem fixed. Clean up afterward. Cost was competive. Recommended and I will use again if needed.

Our ac went during the night of a holiday .. we thought no one would see us because of the holiday .. we called pioneer ac .. they were at our house in an hour !!!! My significant other and I purchased an air conditioner from pioneer about 5 years ago. We've had them out to our place to do regular maintenance and things over the years. This last year my spouse died. He always took care of changing the filters and what not. And this Friday the air conditioner stopped working. They came out Monday. So kind. So pleasant. So polite, took care of it in less than an hour. Change my filter for me. Cleaned off my air conditioner for me and the rates were quite reasonable. I so appreciate these people. They are just top notch!
