Hands down we all need Pioneer Senior Solutions in our back pocket. It is such a chore on trying to research exactly how to get your elder loved one approved for Medicaid for a nursing home and it’s such an emotional roller coaster already—top that off with not having time on your side to waste or you will have to start paying the nursing home yourself. We hired Pioneer Senior Solutions and we felt immediate relief as they tails on everything and you just provide what they need. After giving them all the documents needed we just waited and our mom got to stay in the nursing home without extra pay beyond her income ONLY because they trusted Pioneer Senior Solutions to get the job done. What a relief for all of us! We can’t recommend this company enough. Even the state lost our first application in the mix and Pioneer Senior Solutions knew exactly how to handle that so we didn’t have to start all over again. What a real life nightmare the average person will have if they don’t have a company like this on their side!!! If we ever have a need for this again—we won’t call on any other company but Pioneer!!! This company will take away all your stress and fight for your loved one to get a ******** in a fast and professional manner! The average person cannot do what they do without wasting a bunch of money and time and losing sleep. We were notified that our original application with ******** got lost in the system but because we hired Pioneer Senior Solutionsthey knew exactly what to do to fix this issue and not have to start all over again. AND they have such a good reputation that our mom got to remain in the nursing home with no extra cost other than her income while we waited to be approved because nursing homes trust this company. Cant say enough wonderful things about them!

Adam Haeck was referred to me by a friend to help me with my aunt's finances and application for Medicaid since she was moved into a nursing home. I could not have done this on my own. He took over along with Roxanne and guided me through the whole process. Yes, there is a cost but it was worth every dollar. In the end saved me so much time and money.
