Honest and professional inspectors. I use them in all my real estate deals as a broker. They provide reports and explain all the issues to my clients and steps to fix found deficiencies.

Every property has issues, but these inspectors make it easier for my clients to understand how to fix those small issues or use them as a leverage to get a better price when buying a home.
